TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry into the promotion is open to all residents of Australia (excluding South Australia and Tasmania) aged 13 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, retail tenants in participating AMP Capital Shopping Centres and their immediate family, and staff of retail tenants in the participating shopping centres and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, their directors.
3.Entrants aged between 13 and up to 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
4.Promotion commences on 14/11/2011 and ends at 12noon AEDST on 24/12/2011 (“Promotional Period”).
5.To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit any participating AMP Capital Shopping Centre Facebook page (as listed below for each country) and follow the prompts to complete the following steps:

 a) “like” the applicable AMP Capital Shopping Centre Facebook page (if they do not already “like” the page) to access the entry form;
b) select the promotional tab to launch a custom third party application and follow the prompts to accept the application as required;
c) fully complete the entry form by including all of the requested details, including but not limited to what they would like to receive for Christmas and submit. A personalised “Hint, hint…” video message will then be generated by the Promoter based on the entrant’s response as to what they would like to receive for Christmas; and
d) follow the prompts to send the personalised video message via email to a friend/family member. Individuals must provide their friend’s/family member’s email address as part of the entry process so that the video can be sent to that email address.

6.Once an individual follows the above steps and sends a video message to a friend/family member, he/she will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Individuals can send multiple messages to multiple friends/family members, and for each personalised video message that they generate and send they will receive one (1) entry into the draw. For the sake of clarity, individuals can send a personalised video message to each friend/family member once and receive one (1) entry in respect of each friend/family member.
7.Entrants should only provide email addresses of and send messages to friends/family members with whom they have a direct relationship and who consent to receiving these types of messages.
8.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, entrants and referred friends/family members (including their identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9.Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
10.If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant or a friend/family member the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the entrant or friend/family member.
11.The draws will take place at the Promoter’s office, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 24/12/2011 at 2:00pm AEDST. Winners will be notified by telephone and email and the winner’s name will be published in The Australian on 13/01/2012.
12.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13.The first valid entry drawn will win AU$50,000.
14.Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque in the winner’s local currency.
15.Total prize pool value is AU$50,000.
16.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
17.If a winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
18.Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize then the prize will be forfeited.
19.A draw for the prize(s), if unclaimed, may take place on 30/03/2012 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner(s), if any, will be notified via telephone and email and the name of the winner (if any) will be published in The Australian on 13/03/2012.
20.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
21.When an entrant submits and/or sends any materials via the promotion including comments, recordings and images (“Content”), the entrant, unless the Promoter advises otherwise, licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights. Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that: (a) they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 13, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) they will obtain prior consent from any person or property that appears in their Content; (c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein; (d) their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and (e) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.

 Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
22.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
23.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website pages is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
24.The use of any automated entry or referral software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter/send emails to individuals repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries/referrals submitted by that entrant invalid.
25.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
26.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of a prize.
27.As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
28.Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at www.facebook.com/terms.php.
29.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

I note Mt Ommaney say they have a $10k comp starting today, it sounds different to this $50k comp which covers all AMP properties

I went and checked my post when I saw yours as I assumed I had made an error. I had set closing at  at NOVEMBER 24 rather than December, apologies!
