Every person that submits an entry to the “What Does Marley Mean To You?” competition will
receive one entry to win one of three House of Marley Stir It Up Harvest model headphones signed
by Rohan Marley. The judges panel will choose the best three entries and winners will be notified by
email.
2. There are four conditions necessary to be eligible for the prize:
i) The user must be a fan of the Bing Lee Facebook Page
(
http://www.facebook.com/BingLeeElectrics).
ii) The user must provide their email address.
iii) The user must agree to give Bing Lee permission to post their entry to the Facebook
Page.
iv) The entry must not contain any foul or offensive material.
Users who have met the above conditions on or before the 30th of November, 2011 at 11:59pm
will be eligible to be chosen as a winner.
3. The winners will be chosen based on creativity of their entry. Entrants are required to tell us what the
name Marley means to them (in relation to the brand or Bob Marley himself) in a:
i) Submission of a text entry describing what Marley means to them.
ii) Submission of a picture that expresses what Marley means to them.
iii) Submission of a video that expresses what Marley means to them.
The best three entries submitted by Wednesday 30th of November at 11:59pm will win one of three
House of Marley Stir It Up Harvest model headphones signed by Rohan Marley. Entries are open
from 10am Monday the 14th November and will close at 11:59pm EST on Wednesday 30th
November (All dates refer to the 2011 calendar year).
4. The entries will be judged by a panel of 2 employees from Bing Lee with the following criteria to
select three winners. The entries will be given a score out of 10 for creativity and humour, with the
instance of a tie being resolved with the addition of a third person to the panel.
5. Entries will be judged and announced on the 1st of December. Under no circumstances will the prize
be drawn at random (All dates refer to the 2011 calendar year).
6. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter,
participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who
tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
Conditions of Entry.
8. The decision will take place at Level 1, 702 Woodville Rd, Old Guildford NSW 2161 at 10am on the
1st of December. If there is a tie the second draw date will be at 3pm on the 1st of December. (All
dates refer to the 2011 calendar year)
9. Should the prizes remain unclaimed or the winner remains un-contactable due to any misadventure
for a period of 3 months from the original date of announcement the prize will be forfeited. Judges'
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. (All dates refer to the 2011 calendar
year)
10. The winners will be notified by e-mail, their names will be published on the Bing Lee website
www.binglee.com.au and the Facebook fan page on the 1st of December. (All dates refer to the 2011
calendar year)
11. The House of Marley Stir It Up Harvest headphone model has a Recommended Retail Value of
$179.95. There are a total of three to be won with a total recommended retail value of $539.85.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize
winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
13. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a
result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. Prize pack, including any unused portions are non transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation
in the prize values.
16. The promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the
information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
17. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter
may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it in any media for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other
compensation to the entrant.
