Win a $4,000 holiday or a share of $3000 JigoCity Points Terms & Conditions1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over who have an Internet connection capable of accepting cookies or other devices used by the Promoter to track entries, and who have a valid email address.
3. The promotion commences on Tuesday, 1 November 2011 at 00:01 AEDST and concludes on Wednesday, 30 November 2011 at 23:59 AEDST. The draw will take place at the office of JigoCity Pty Ltd Suite 204, 267-271 Cleveland St, Surry Hills 2010 NSW on Monday, 5 December 2011 at 12.00pm AEDST. Results of the draw will be published on the JigoCity website, Facebook page and twitter feed within 1 day of the draw. The winners will be also notified by email using contact details provided in their entry within 2 days of the draw.
4. To enter, entrants must make a minimum purchase of $1.00 via the website
www.jigocity.com.au with a valid payment method.
5. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
6. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries due to any circumstance be it technical or otherwise, will be deemed invalid.
7. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8. The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright of any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or inaudible entries.
11. The winner of the $4,000 holiday voucher will be determined by the first valid entry as randomly drawn by the Promoter. The holiday prize consists of 2 x $2,000 Flight Centre gift cards, total value of $4,000. These gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of being issued. The first four (4) subsequent valid entries randomly drawn by the Promoter will win the following respective prizes in the following order:
One (1) x 1500 Jigo Points voucher (worth $1,500)

One (1) x 250 Jigo Points voucher (worth $250)
One (1) x 250 Jigo Points voucher (worth $250)
The JigoCity Points prizes will appear in the winners JigoCity accounts as a credit no earlier than the 6 December 2011.
12. Total prize pool is valued at $7,000.00 including GST. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.
13. To receive the prize the winner must have current JigoCity account. If the winner does not have an account the winner will be asked to go to
www.jigocity.com.au and create an account. One the account has been created the credit will be transferred into the winner’s account. The winner must be a complete registered subscriber of JigoCity.
14. The prize is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Redemption of the prize is be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the JigoCity website. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a prize are not included. Any unused balance of the prize will not be awarded as cash.
15. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ online, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ online. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
16. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
17. In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of age and identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
19. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on Friday, 16 March 2012 at 12:00pm AEDST at the office of JigoCity Pty Ltd Suite 204, 267-271 Cleveland St, Surry Hills 2010 NSW, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The results of the draw of any unclaimed prizes will be published on the JigoCity website within 1 day of the draw. The winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be also notified by email using contact details provided in their entry within 2 days of the draw.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
21. If this competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, programming changes, technical failures (either in the administration of the promotion or the broadcast of the television program), unauthorised intervention, fraud or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the conduct, administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions given by a regulatory authority, to: (a) modify, suspend, the terms and conditions terminate or cancel the promotion; and/or (b) disqualify any entrant, as appropriate.
22. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster) the Promoter reserves the right to subject to reference to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
23. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and all parties involved excludes all liability however so arising (including all liability arising from negligence on the part of the Promoter or its officers, employees or agents) for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, by entrants or the winner, arising in any way of out of or in connection with the promotion. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and companion) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter or Trader Classifieds in their absolute discretion. Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations (collectively Provisions) in relation to the Promoter’s provision of goods or services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. If those Provisions apply, to the extent that the Promoter or Trader Classifieds is entitled to do so, the Promoter limits its liability in respect of any claim under those Provisions to, at the Promoter and Trader Classifieds option, the supply of the relevant goods or services again or the payment of the costs of having the goods or services supplied again.
24.By entering the Promotion entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant's personal details for the purposes of promotional emails
25. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, including the entry itself, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
