Groundbreaking Australian acid jazz/funk collective Directions In Groove are releasing their first studio album in 13 years. Called Clearlight, it’ll catch us up on what they’ve been thinking since their 1990s heyday when they had multiple double platinum releases. They’re promising “moody illbient/trip hop” and “almost indie pop” sounds. We’ve got two double passes to their show at the Old Museum on Thursday Nov 17 to give away.
