ROCK OF AGES  Facebook Competition Terms & Conditions

Win 4 tickets to a ROCK OF AGES show of your choice PLUS 4 tickets to the relaxed buffet Barbeque at the Sunset Strip at QPAC's Upper Plaza.

1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.

2. The Promoter is the Queensland Performing Arts Trust, ABN 13 967 571 128, of Queensland Cultural Centre, South Bank Qld 4101.

3. To enter the competition you must upload a photo of yourself to QPAC's Facebook page in 80's inspired clothing. One entry only per person.

4. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

5. The competition closes at midnight on Sunday 20 November 2011.  No entries received after this closing date will be accepted.

6. The draw will take place on Monday 21 November 2011.

7. One (1) prize winner will be randomly drawn  from eligible entries.

8. The winner will receive four (4) Gold Reserve tickets to ROCK OF AGES at QPAC between 21 November 2011 and 4 December 201.

9. Tickets must be requested no later than 23 November and are subject to availability.

10. The total prize value of the promotion is a maximum of $520 (includes GST and fees). This figure is an estimate only and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values.

11. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to any other person, except as provided in these terms and conditions.

12. The winning entrant will be notified by email.

13. The winner of this promotion agrees to allow his/her name and/or photograph to be used in conjunction with any advertising or promotion for, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Promoter.

14. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database and used for the Promoter's marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. The Promoter respects your privacy rights and will only use your personal information as indicated. You may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you.

15. Subject to any applicable laws which can not be excluded, Queensland Performing Arts Trust, will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss), arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the prize or the promotion.

16. Where the Promotion is administered on Facebook, entrants and participants in the Promotion acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and entrants and participants in the Promotion release Facebook and its associated companies from all liability arising from the Promotion. .

17. All participants must be at least 18 years old.

18. All submitted images are subject to approval by the promoter before they will be displayed on QPAC's Facebook. By uploading the photo you are giving permision for this photo to be uploaded to the QPAC Facebook page.

19. If you submit a photo which includes a friend or a member of your family, you must obtain that person's agreement to be included in Queensland Performing Arts Trust advertising and to the submission conditions described above before you send it to us. Queensland Performing Arts Trust will not accept any liability for the use of any images you may submit.
