The prize consists of one (1) Case of Iconic Heathcote Shiraz (valued at $900.00)
 
The Winner agrees to being interviewed and photographed and announced on WineYoga Pty. Ltd.’s website.
 
The Prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address after they have been advised.  WineYoga Pty Ltd. cannot guarantee that any Prizes returned due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the winner.
 
By participating in this contest ... you agree to join WineYoga and subscibe to our email list where you will be notified of great deals on wine. If you are purely entereing this contest for the sake of the contest only, and have no interest in being part of the WineYoga Daily Deals website, then we suggest that you do not participate or leave your details.
 
HOW TO WIN
 
Each entrant who has entered the Competition during the Competition Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be entered into the draw.  The 1st entrant drawn from the pool of entransts that the WineYoga team picks as the best WineYoga Dude name will be the winner.
 
The winner will be notified by email and arrangements will be made to send the Prize to their address. The winner must acknowledge that they have won the Prize by contacting WineYoga Pty Ltd on 1300 84 10 35 within 5 (5) business days from the date they were notified.
 
WineYoga Pty Ltd reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and/or identity prior to awarding the Prize as they must be over 18 years of age and someone must show proof that they over 18 years of age at the time of delivery..

WineYoga Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for the Prize being damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
