Login, or if new to Snapfish register for your free Snapfish account using the form below. You will then be given a unique pin code on screen if your claim is accepted.

Click the ‘Go to Snapfish’ button and when prompted, enter your unique pin code.

Once you have redeemed your unique pin code, create your Ornament by clicking Photo Ornaments and selecting your preferred ornament shape.

Upload your photos.

Create your photo ornament and place your order. Your ornament will be delivered straight to your door.

Your credit must be used before December 31st, 2011.

Anyone tried yet? I get to checkout and it still has full cost even though my account has a free ornament credited to it. Ive tried with several different ornament shapes!!

I Tried also and I am getting a full price dispite having a credit in my account.

mine went through, you still have to pay postage of around $3.95 depending what option you order but I ordered some prints at the same time and when it came to the last page it deducted $9.95 which is what the ornament is worth

Yep, sorry it appears there's "free" and there's "postage not included"...

You just have to click through the cart and delivery pages and when you get to cart billing information the cost of teh ornament is deducted.

OK...will try later. My reply said to order then contact them with my order number and they will arrange refund. I said no thanks, I will wait til its working properly

I was charged for the ornament, contacted them, like Ms Jules they said pay and they would give me a refund, so I paid with paypal, emailed them again with my order details and they promptl gave me the refund. Now waiting for the item. Im always pleased with Snapfish.
