Targus Apple iPad 2 Competition
Purchase any Targus branded item online before Christmas Day, and you will automatically go into the competition to win an Apple iPad 2, and a Targus iPad accessory pack. Accessory pack contains a Targus Executive Stylus Pen, a Targus Dual Car Charger, a Targus Gaming Controller, and a Targus Truss iPad 2 Leather Case.
Terms and Conditions
1.This competition is being run by Bagworld.
2.Customers who purchase any Targus item online at
www.bagworld.com.au during the competition period will be entered into the competition to win an Apple iPad 16GB Wi-Fi + 3G, valued at RRP $729.00, and a Targus iPad accessory pack containing an Executive Stylus Pen (AMM05), a Dual Car Charger (ADP05), a Gaming Controller (AMM08), and a Truss iPad 2 Leather Case (HZ061), valued at RRP $179.00.
3.The competition begins at 2.00pm (AWST) Tuesday 22 November 2011. Entries into the competition close at 6.00pm (AWST) Saturday 24 December 2011. Bagworld reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
4.Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
5.The competition is not open to Bagworld employees or members of their immediate families.
6.One entry available per Targus item purchased between 12.00am on 24 November and 12.00am 25 December 2011.
7.Entry will be in the form of the customer's online order.
8. All valid entries received will be placed into a random draw, from which one entry will be drawn. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
9.One major prize draw will be conducted at 9.00am (AWST) Tuesday 27 December 2011, at Bagworld 639 Hay Street Mall Perth WA 6000, and the decision is final.
10.The winner will be notified by phone, and it is the responsibility of the entrant to provide a correct phone number.
11.The prize must be claimed by 6.00pm (AWST) Tuesday 3 January 2012.
12.The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Friday 6 January 2012.
13.Bagworld is not responsible for the major prize once collected by the winner. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with, including, but not limited to the connection of, use, running, maintenance, and upgrading of the major prize. The winner has no claim against Bagworld for any warranty issues, and must deal directly with the retailer from which the major prize was sold, or the manufacturer, as specified in the warranty information. Bagworld will provide the winner with all necessary receipts and warranty details.
14.No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
15.Bagworld reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
16.In the unlikely event of a dispute, Bagworld’s decision shall be final.
