The following rules govern your entry of this competition:

No prize will be awarded, and the competition will be terminated without the award of a prize, if less than 500 people register to enter the competition.
You may not enter the competition if: you are employed by 1791 Diamonds Pty Ltd; or if you are employed by an organisation that supplied 1791 Diamonds Pty Ltd with goods or services in the last 6 months; or if you are directly related to anyone that is employed by 1791 Diamonds Pty Ltd.
This competition opens at 10am on Monday the 28th November 2011. This competition closes 11pm on Wednesday 30th November. EST Australian Time Applies.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
To qualify you must provide your name and email address.
You are encouraged to visit our online shop and facebook-share one of the products. However, the latter is not a mandatory requirement of entering this competition.
The facebook share mechanism on our site will post a picture of the ring you choose, and some text information, and links to our web site, to your facebook wall, once only, when you press the button.

Proof of posting or proof of completing online registration shall not be deemed proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted for any reason whatsoever.
The competition winner will be determined by the judges. The judges' decision is final.
When entering the competition you must provide a phrase which states, in your opinion, what your dream proposal would be, in 50 words or less. The judges will determine what is the most useful entry in terms of a marketing phrase that could be used by 1791 Diamonds Pty Ltd in the future.
You waive all rights, intellectual or otherwise, to the phrase you submit, whether such rights arise pursuant to Copyright, Design and/or Patent legislation.
If you are the competition's winner, you may be required to provide additional information, including, but not limited to, proof of age, your address, and a consent permitting the disclose of your identity to those seeking proof a prize was awarded. To members of the public we would only release your name and postal town.
If requested by a statutory body or law enforcement agency based in Australia or New Zealand, we may release all information that you submitted to us.
These competition rules are governed by Australian Law. Any disputes arising between 1791 Diamonds Pty Ltd and any third party in relation to these rules or the competition shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
This competition is only open to those residing in Australia or New Zealand at the time of entering the competition.
You acknowledge and agree that neither 1791 Diamonds Pty Ltd shall have any liability to you whatsoever in connection with your use and/or possession of the prize, provided that nothing in these rules shall exclude or limit the liability of any party for personal injury or death caused by negligence or for anything else which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
