Got me for a while too - the clue is in "re-orientate" - turn the letter N on it's side, the answer is PUZZLE

You can get the answer by turning the square so the 1 points upwards then add the number to the left and the number to the right together and work your way across the puzzle. Sorry not too an articulate way of explaining it, but  e.g. 1 + 5 + 2 =8   then 2 + 8 + 3 = 13  3+ 4 + 13 = 20 etc etc.

Not sure, just stared at it for awhile. Probably there is an easier solution.
