To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants who apply for a new ANZ Visa Credit or ANZ Access Visa Debit Card account during the promotional period and are approved, will automatically be entered in the draw.  There is no limit to the number of times an Eligible Entrant may enter the promotion.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
There will be one prize draw and two winners.  The draw will take place at 12.00pm (AEST) on Monday, 9 January 2012 (‘Draw Date’) at the offices of Mike Da Silva and Associates (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABN 50 003 894 022) ('MDSA') at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.  The draw will be conducted and scrutinised by MDSA.

Each prize is valued at a maximum retail value of $20,000.  The maximum total prize value is $40,000 based on the recommended retail value of the elements of the prize and the exchange rate at the time of printing.  The value of the prize will also vary depending on the winner’s Point of Origin in Australia. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the value of the prize.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.  The prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Each element of the prize may only be used on the date (and, if applicable, at the time).  Any element of the prize that is unused will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.

Compliance with any health or other government requirements, other travel documentation and any extras of a personal nature (including without limitation tips, telephone, and laundry charges) are the responsibility of the winners and their nominated travel companions.  Without limiting the above, entry into any country and satisfying any customs or related requirements is the full responsibility of the winners and their nominated travel companions.  Tickets will not be exchanged for another destination.
The winners and their nominated travel companions cannot upgrade any prize travel or prize accommodation using cash.  The winners and their nominated travel companions must travel together on the same flights on all sectors of prize travel.
If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize during the stated period, and on the conditions stipulated by the Promoter (and those of any prize supplier), then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.  Bookings will be made by the Promoter.  Flight schedules and accommodation arrangements are subject to change without notice.  The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.  International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Travel and accommodation arrangements may be amended at the winner’s own expense and must be made by the winner in their own time, subject to the Promoter’s approval.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize.  For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at the same time & place as the original draw on Monday, 23 April 2012 subject to any applicable law. The winner(s) will be notified in writing immediately, and their name(s) will be published in the Public Notices Section of The Australian newspaper on Monday, 30 April 2012.
The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.  It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners (and their nominated travel companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
