Terms and Conditions1.This competition ("Competition") is conducted by Coca-Cola South Pacific Pty Ltd, ABN 50 003 029 794, of Level 9, 40 Mount St, North Sydney, NSW 2060 ("Promoter"). Phone number 1800 427 797.
2.Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
3.Only open to Eligible Entrants. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident aged 13 years or older as at time of entry, excluding any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or the participating outlets or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (ii) employee of Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd, ABN 68 076 594 119 (iii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iv) person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter's competitions. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Parents/guardians must consent to all conditions imposed on any provisional winner under 18 years old including on behalf of the provisional winner in order for the provisional winner to be eligible to win.
4.Competition opens at 00:01 hrs on 17/10/2011 and closes at 24:00 hrs on 01/01/2012 ("Entry Period"). All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney which will be Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEDST") during the Entry Period. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:01 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of the day.
5."Promotional Product" means any of the following products displaying a promotional label advertising the Competition from any participating outlet: 1.25L and 2L bottles of 'Fanta', 'Sprite', 'Sprite Zero' or 'Lift' & 1.5L bottles of 'Fanta', 'Sprite' or 'Lift'.
6.To be eligible to enter, the Eligible Entrant must purchase a Promotional Product displaying a promotional label during the Entry Period.
7.Entry can only be made via the internet.
8.To enter via the internet, an Eligible Entrant must visit www.coca-cola.com.au (Competition Website) and follow the directions to firstly register for a 'Coca-Cola' account if he/she has not done so already. If an Eligible Entrant has not previously registered for a 'Coca-Cola' account, he/she will be required to create an account by providing an e-mail address, date of birth, first name, last name, password, contact number, postcode and state. An Eligible Entrant must not register more than once. Once registered, the Eligible Entrant must visit the Competition Website (if they are not already at the Competition Website) and, in accordance with the directions, during the Entry Period, provide: (a) the Eligible Entrant's email address and password, as established during registration; (b) the 7 digit entry code found on the Promotional Product ("Entry Code"); and (c) the last five (5) digits of the Promotional Product barcode of the Promotional Product being used to enter. An Eligible Entrant must not use more than one (1) account to submit entries on the Competition Website.
9.Each Eligible Entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant provisional winner. All valid entries received from provisional winners and non-winners of an instant prize will then be automatically placed into the major prize draw.
10.Any cost associated with accessing the Competition Website is the individual's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
11.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
13.Multiple entries permitted, subject to these conditions, including the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Promotional Product purchased; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements and these conditions; (c) unrecognised Entry Codes or barcodes will be deemed invalid; and (d) a limit of ten (10) entries per Eligible Entrant per week is permitted. For the removal of doubt this means a maximum of ten (10) entries per Eligible Entrant is permitted during any period of 7 days starting at the beginning of a Monday and ending at the end of the following Sunday. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to block any Eligible Entrant from entering the Competition who attempts to enter invalid Entry Codes at the Competition Website at any stage.
14.Entrants must retain their Promotional Product containing the 7 digit Entry Code as well as a photocopy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
15.The major draw will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100 Australia on 10/01/2012 at 11:00 hrs. The provisional winner of the major prize will be notified by mail and phone within two (2) business days of being drawn. The provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter. If the provisional winner is found not to be an Eligible Entrant, or their entry is deemed invalid under these conditions, the prize will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.
16.Major Prize: There will be one (1) major prize that will be available to be won for this promotion. The major prize is a trip for eleven (11) people for a VIP Dreamworld Experience valued at up to AUD$26,840 depending on date and point of departure. The major prize consists of:
◦return economy airfares (including airline and airport taxes), from winner's nearest capital city for eleven (11) people to the Gold Coast, QLD (if necessary). If the winner resides within a 3-hour drive or 240km from Dreamworld and WhiteWater World, airfares are not included in the major prize;
◦three (3) nights accommodation in 5 rooms at a minimum 3 star resort in Surfers Paradise, QLD,
◦return airport to hotel transfers;
◦return hotel to Dreamworld transfers
◦a two (2) day World Pass to Dreamworld and WhiteWater World (2 days unlimited entry to both parks) including exclusive use of selected rides at Dreamworld for one (1) hour prior to the park opening;
◦two (2) days hire of Q4U device to facilitate queue placement on selected Dreamworld rides. A maximum of six people may be registered per device. A maximum $50 deposit or credit card imprint will be required per device. This deposit will be refunded on return of each undamaged Q4U device at the end of each day; and
◦$5,000 spending money.
The winner and his/her companions must travel on the same flight together and share accommodation. The major prize cannot be separated into different holiday vacations. The winner and his/her companions are responsible for making their way to and from their home to their nearest capital city airport. The winner and his/her companions are responsible for any further costs associated with redeeming the major prize which are not otherwise specified in these Conditions, including but not limited to, additional spending money, food and beverage expenses, additional entertainment and/or miscellaneous expenses. For the avoidance of doubt, no additional "spending money" is included in the major prize. The winner and their companions are responsible for obtaining any passports, visas, and vaccinations and their associated costs. The cost of any travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner and his/her companions. It is a condition of taking the major prize that the winner and his/her companions take out adequate insurance. The Promoter may request that the winner and their companions provide evidence of such a policy before taking the major prize. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred if the winner and his/her companions travel without insurance. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable. No changes allowed with in 7 days of departure. Once booked, changes will incur a fee of $150 per person, plus supplier charges. If the winner of the Prize is under 18 years of age they must be accompanied by their parent or guardian for the entire duration of the Prize. The prize must be taken by 10/07/2012 and is subject to booking and flights availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods. Flights and accommodation are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other destinations or cash. 17.Selection of airline, departure and arrival destination, flight times and accommodation venue is at Ardent Leisure Limited's discretion upon time of booking. The major prize winner will be required to provide at least four (4) weeks notice of intent to travel. All components of the major prize are subject to availability at the time of booking. All additional costs incurred whereby the prize winner wishes to make variations to the travel are the winner's responsibility and must be booked separately by the winner. All travel variations are subject to approval by Ardent Leisure Limited upon booking. Travel variations include, but are not limited to changes to flights or accommodation after booking finalised, extension of travel duration, travellers outside of the age restriction and additional travellers.
18.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner or his/her companion to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner his/her companion are not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
19.For the Instant Win component of the Competition, the Promoter will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine multiple winning times each week during the Entry Period (the "Winning Times"). The first entries, received on or after each of the Winning Times for that week, will be provisional winners of an instant prize.
20.Instant Prizes: 50,000 x one (1) free AMF Bowling game voucher valued up to $14.90. Winners of an instant prize will receive an instant notification online that they are a provisional instant winner. A downloadable AMF Bowling game voucher will be sent via the nominated email address to the instant winner once verified. AMF Bowling game vouchers are valid for use until 31/03/2012. The AMF Bowling voucher is for one (1) free game of bowling at any AMF Bowling Centre. Maximum of 2 vouchers permitted for any single or multiple lane booking. Not valid with any other offer, promotion or for birthday, group, league or tournament play. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold.
21.The Provisional major prize winner's name will be published online at www.coca-cola.com.au and in The Australian on 17/01/2012. All provisional winners will only be deemed winners once verified by the Promoter.
22.The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23.Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the AMF Bowling game voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the AMF Bowling game voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the AMF Bowling game voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the AMF Bowling game voucher.
24.If for any reason a winner does not take prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
25.If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
26.Total prize pool value is $771,840.00.
27.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
28.A draw for the major prize if unclaimed or any instant win prize that is won but not claimed may take place on 10/04/2012 at the same time and place as the original major prize draw subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Provisional winners, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) days of being drawn. The major prize winner, if necessary, will be published online at www.coca-cola.com.au and in The Australian on 17/04/2012. Any AMF Bowling game vouchers that are claimed through the unclaimed prize draw will be valid for use until 30/06/2012.
29.Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. There will be a total of 50,000 online instant win notifications for this promotion.
30.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
31.It is a condition of accepting a prize that winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier's requirements.
32.If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
33.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Competition (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); (v) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (vi) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions; (vii) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant; or (viii) use of a prize. Individuals should obtain independent tax and financial advice

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING. 34.To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies and Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 68 076 594 119 and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
35.Eligible Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicize its winner(s) and, if an Eligible Entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the Eligible Entrant. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter by visiting www.coca-cola.com.au to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. If an Eligible Entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.
