The Amazing Read - North Sydney
Children can race into the school holidays with The Hills Shire Library's Holiday Reading Adventure.
The adventure runs between 1 December 2011 to 31 January 2012 and is open to all school children aged 5– 17 years old.
Children who join the Reading Adventure are given a passport that is stamped each time they visit the library and borrow books.
On every third visit they receive a sticker and a lucky dip and if they return their reading log by 3 February 2012 they will be entered into the draw for some great prizes including:-
•1st Prize AV LABS ebook reader, donated by Harvey Norman Castle Hill and valued at $249
•2nd Prize Club Penguin packs x3, donated by Disney and valued at $85 each.
•3rd Prize $50 Castle Towers gift card x2 donated by Castle Towers
•7 Weekly Prize draws of a Totem Tennis, donated by Bunnings Carlingford
