Since October last year, I’ve been blessed and lucky enough to have had the opportunity to run a few giveaways for readers of Indulgent Beauty Reviews, almost on a monthly basis. So, 2012 brings me to this point where I’d love to run an Indulgent Beauty Box giveaway on a monthly basis where possible. So hope you’re as thrilled as me on this wonderful feature I’ve started on Indulgent Beauty Reviews.
What indulgent treat have I got for you this month? Well, you’d remember I reviewed quite a number of products from The Jojoba Company, an amazing Australian natural skincare brand whose products have won my heart in so many ways.
This month, my treat for you is a beauty box kindly sponsored by The Jojoba Company consisting of a Starter Pack containing some of their most coveted skincare products. One winner this month will get the opportunity to try these amazing products from The Jojoba Company, some of which had been reviewed on this blog last year.
HOW TO ENTER

COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ENTERING THE COMPETITION
1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these Terms and
Conditions of Entry. Entry into this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Indulgent Beauty Reviews of PO Box 21271, Little Lonsdale Street,
Melbourne VIC 8011 Australia (“Promoter”).
3. The Competition will be open from 12.01 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Saving
Time (“AEDST”) on 22 January 2012 and will continue until 11.59 p.m. AEDST on 17
February 2012 (“Competition Period”). The Promoter may in its absolute discretion
end the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period specified.
4. Entry is open to all worldwide, aged 18 years and over (“Eligible Entrants”).
5. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:

6. For additional entries, entrants are able to subscribe to the available social media
connected to the Promoter which includes the Promoter’s Twitter and Facebook
platform.
7. The information entrants must supply the Promoter includes their name, email
address, consent to supply postal address if the entry wins and comment as required
to be eligible for entry. If the entrant additionally submits entries through the social
media platforms available, the entrants must supply the Promoter with their social
media ID and must be a subscriber throughout the Competition Period.
8. Incomplete entries or those containing defamatory, profanity, copyrighted or offfensive
content will be deemed ineligible. It is the entrants’ responsibility to inform the
Promoter if their contact details have changed at anytime throughout the Competition
Period.
THE PRIZE
9. The Prize is as follows: Starter Pack from The Jojoba Company consisting of:

10. There will be one number of Winner (s) for the Competition.
11. The total maximum Prize value is AU$60. The Prize Values are the recommended
retail values and are correct at the time of publishing. The Promoter is neither
responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between publishing date and the date the Prize is claimed. All Prize values are in Australian Dollars.
12. Contents of the Prize will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Prize is subject to
availability and Terms and Conditions of the entities supplying the Prize.
13. In the unlikely event that the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute the Prize in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
JUDGING THE COMPETITION
14. One winner will be determined by a random draw commencing on 17 February 2012.
The draw will take place at the Promoter’s Headquarters. In order for the winner of
the draw to be a valid winner, the comment entry requirement must be a valid
comment. The Promoter reserves the right to qualify a valid comment based on
discretion and also to disqualify a comment at its discretion if the comment is
considered not valid.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not
accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
16. The Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the prize
winners.
17. The Promoter’s decision (including any decision on prize distribution) is final and the
Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries
are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of entry into the Promoter’s database
and not time of transmission / submission of the entrant. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for technical malfunctions or disruptions. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the
entrant cannot be contacted with.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
19. The winner will be notified via email on or before 19 February 2012 and will be asked
to provide their postal address at that time.
20. To claim the Prize, the winner must reply to the winner notification within 5 days of the winners’ notification, as well as indicate their preferred address for the Prize to be sent. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, they will forfeit the prize. A
substitute Prize will not be offered in lieu of the Prize.
21. Delivery of prizes is only available to physical addresses. If the prize cannot be
delivered to the specified delivery address, the winner of the prize will be responsible
for any additional delivery charges.
22. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. No
responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
23. The information the Promoter collects for the purposes of this Competition will be
solely used for the purpose of conducting this Competition only. The Promoter may
disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with
this Promotion.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS 24. The winners’ names will be published on the Indulgent Beauty Reviews blog, the
Indulgent Beauty Reviews Facebook page and Twitter account. FORFEITURE AND RE-DRAWS
25. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw winners when forfeiture has occurred.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw winners when the postage costs exceed
the value of the Prize by 50%.
OTHER RELATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
27. The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
28. The Promoter and all associated companies and agencies associated with this
Competition (including the Blog, Facebook and Twitter if the Competition is
conducted via Blog, Facebook or Twitter Platform) will not be liable for any loss
(including without limitation indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits),
expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or
not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Competition or
accepting or using the Prize.
29. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
taking the prize.
30. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any
other event outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is entitled to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
31. In the event the Promoter cancels or varies the Competition or varies or withdraws
the Prizes, it shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss
or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of or in connection with such
cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and be required to conduct the Competition at
any other time.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. If any
changes are made, the Promoter will notify the public via its website.
