The Trade Promotion draw will take place at the offices of LS Media Pty Ltd at Suite 6, 337A Lennox, Richmond VIC 3121. The major prize will be drawn first, and the other prizes (if any) will then be drawn in descending order of number and value.
The winner(s) will be notified in writing and via email within two (2) days after the draw is conducted. By entering the competition the winner(s) agrees to their name and suburb being published on the LetsShop.com website or LetsShop.com newsletter.
If the prize winner(s) is unable to redeem the prize within the collection period stated in the Special Terms and Conditions then the prize will be deemed forfeited and a new winner may be determined by The Promoter. Any unclaimed prizes will be dealt with according to legislative requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize which may be unavailable at the time of the drawing of the Trade Promotion with another prize of comparable value. Special Terms and Conditions There are 10 winners and each winner will receive 1 x double pass to the movie A Little Bit of Heaven valued $36.00 each RRP. Total prize value is $360.00 RRP. The competition commences on 24/01/2012
and entries close at midnight (AEST) on 22/02/2012. The winners will be judged according to the creativity of their answer and will be judged against all other entrants.
The winners will be judged at the LS Media Pty Ltd offices (Lennox Street, Richmond, Victoria) on 23/02/2012.
The prize is subject to special conditions: it must be claimed before 01/03/2012 otherwise the winner/s will forfeit the said prize. The promoter will then have the discretion to dispose of or redistribute the said prize/s as seen fit. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize which may be unavailable at the time of fulfilling the giveaway with another prize of comparable value. To collect the prize, the winner/s must contact the promoter of the competition by the said date to arrange collection.
