Singapore,
Malaysian,
Australian
and
Indonesian
residents
over

and

and
immediate
family
members
of
all
such

are
not
eligible
to

(both

entries

Participants

Signups

not

valid

Contest
constitutes
agreement

Participant
warrants
that

not

Particpants
will

Each
Voucher
is
valued

If
the
prize
remains
unclaimed
after
one
(1)
week
from
the
date
the
winner
is
notified
of
his/her
win
the
prize
will
be
forfeited.

reserves
the

reserve

and

to
them
in

event
of

disqualification
of

initial

or
failure

matters

any

damage

prize
winner
shall,
if
required
by

Ltd,
execute
an
affidavit
of
eligibility,
a
release
of
liability
and
a
publicity
release
giving

Ltd
permission
to
use
his/her
name,
picture,
image
and
voice
for
publicity
purposes
without
compensation.
Failure
to
provide
such
documentation
or
to
comply
with
any
terms
and
conditions
therein
shall
result
in
disqualification
or
ineligibility
of

The
prize
winner
may
be
required
to
attend
a
prize
presentation
ceremony,
related
publicity
events
and

featured
