Offer is only open to individuals who hold a valid Queensland driver licence or QLD Customer Reference Number (CRN), and companies with a QLD CRN, who: (a) log onto PPQ.COM.AU; (b) successfully create and purchase a new eligible personalised number plate using the online "Create A Plate®" system (excluding LayBy purchases, Restyles, Remakes, Business Plates and Monochrome Series plates); and (c) make full payment online at PPQ.COM.AU for their eligible personalised plate order using credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express); during the Offer Period ("Qualifying Purchase").
Offer is only available for Qualifying Purchases made using Create A Plate® on the PPQ website during the Offer Period. Purchases made through the Department of Transport and Main Roads, car dealerships, the PPQ call centre, or through any other means are not eligible for the purposes of this Offer.
LayBy purchases, plate Restyles, plate Remakes, and Monochrome Series plates are not eligible for the purposes of this Offer. Business Plates (personalised plates featuring corporate logos/slogans/designs) are also not eligible and cannot be purchased online using Create A Plate®.
Each claimant who makes a Qualifying Purchase during the Offer Period will receive his/her choice of a Participating Retailer $50 Gift Card.
The Promoter will dispatch the Participating Retailer $50 Gift Card selected by post to the same nominated delivery address in the claimant's plate order, in each case. Claimants should allow approximately four (4) weeks for delivery of the Gift Card. No responsibility is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
Each Participating Retailer $50 Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise at the retailer named on the card, up to the $50.00 value specified, and must be redeemed by the expiry date specified on the card. Redemption is subject at all times to any terms and conditions of the issuing retailer, including, without limitation, those specified on the Gift Card and on the retailer's website, in each case. Any and all ancillary and/or additional costs associated with redeeming a Participating Retailer $50 Gift Card are the sole responsibility of claimants. Any unused balance of a Participating Retailer $50 Gift Card will not be awarded as cash.
Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Details processed through the PPQ Create A Plate® online facility are final. Any changes made to the plate order after it has been electronically submitted will attract a manufacturing fee that corresponds to the original plate type ordered. The Promoter will not issue a refund if a customer changes their mind after a plate order has been received by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions, and variations, will only be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any online difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference to the online application; (c) any online purchase that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) participation in the offer.
If the offer is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the offer (or that part of the offer) with an offer to the equal value and/or specification.
