3. The promotion will be administered by Slingshot Digital Ventures Pty Ltd, ACN 150 786 164, of Level 13, 338 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia
4. Entry to the Muffin Break® Great Bake Sale Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 13
6. The promotion runs from 10.00AM AEST 7 February 2012 to 10.00AM AEST 13 March 2012 (“Promotional Period”). No entries outside the Promotional Period will be considered.
Entry Into Muffin Break® Great Bake Sale Promotion

To enter, you must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Be a user of the Facebook platform.
b) Become a fan of the official Muffin Break Facebook page (www.facebook.com/MuffinBreak).
c) Select your school though the Great Bake Sale application tab and then place your vote for the selected school. 6) The Promoter may disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which places the fair and proper conduct of the competition at risk.
7) No votes subsequent to the entrant’s initial vote (established by chronological order) will be recognised as valid. Entrants will be identified by their Facebook ID and no votes placed beyond their initial vote will be counted towards their selected school’s total.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or corrupted entries, however this may happen.

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. 11) There are 9 prizes in total.
12) 8 Australian schools will receive 1000 Muffin Break muffins to be used at their disposal (the “Bake Sale prize”).
13) The total retail value of the Bake Sale prize is AUD$3900.00.

1 of the 8 schools who receive the Bake Sale prize will also receive 1 x NEC 46” Full HD Commercial Grade LCD integrated with “You Touch” Multi Touch Technology and 1 x “You Touch” Deluxe motorized height adjustable table with unique Tilt Mechanism (the “Grand Prize”). 15) The total retail value of the Grand Prize is AUD$8475.00.
16) Total prize pool value is AUD$39675.00.
17) Prizes are awarded to the school faculty for educational purposes, not individual voters.
18) The Promoter suggests that muffins awarded as part of the Bake Sale prize be sold at the recommended retail price of AUS$3.90.
19) Each Bake Sale prize will constitute 1000 muffins selected by the Promoter from their Weight Watchers Endorsed range.
20) The available muffins are Choc Orange, Passionfruit & Pineapple, Peach Cinnamon, Raspberry Apple or Raspberry Choc. The Promoter retains full discretion as to what muffins and what quantities of each flavour are included in any Bake Sale prize.
Details of Determining Winners 21)
Primary and high schools are eligible to receive either prize from the Great Bake Sale promotion.
22) The Great Bake Sale application will divide every school’s total number of votes by their student population.
23) The resulting score (the “Bake Sale score”) will determine which schools receive Bake Sale prizes and which school will receive the Grand Prize.
24) Schools with under 100 students will have their total student population rounded up to 100 and their Bake Sale score determined accordingly.
25) The 8 recipients of the Bake Sale prize will be determined by the school with the highest Bake Sale score in their respective Australian State or Territory.
26) The school with the highest Bake Sale score of any participating school in all Australian States or Territories during the Promotional Period will receive the Grand Prize in addition to the Bake Sale prize.
27) In the event of multiple schools in the same Australian State or Territory receiving the same Bake Sale score the Bake Sale prize will be divided in equal shares.
28) In the event of multiple schools in the same Australian State or Territory receiving the highest national Bake Sale score the Grand Prize will be divided in equal shares. 29) The “Leader Board” within the Great Bake Sale Promotion tab that ranks schools by their estimated Bake Sale score is not an exact measure of Bake Sale score and will not be used to determine winners.
30) All student populations are determined through publicly accessible data and no correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter on the subject of their mathematical or statistical validity.
31) The Promoter reserves the right to determine the Bake Sale score with the public data provided and determine winners accordingly.
Details of Contacting Winners & Prize Delivery 32) Bake Sale winners will be drawn at 12.01PM AEST 13 March 2012 in the offices of Slingshot Digital Ventures, Level 13, 338 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
33) Winners will be notified at 02.00PM AEST 13 March 2012 by email or phone call where possible.
34) All winners will be notified by mail.
35) If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value.
36) If any school declines the offer of the Bake Sale prize, or objects to any part of the Bake Sale prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Bake Sale prize to the school with the second highest total of votes in that respective Australian State or Territory.
37) The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the taking of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
38) If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner for the purposes of distributing the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize entirely and it shall be awarded to the next selected winner in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable where a winner forfeits their prize.
