Incredibly exited for 2 reasons today. 1st; I've received my first win for 2012 and  2nd: i had a 10 week drought of not a single thing at all!  Last night was the first night ever when i decided right well my lucks all out, i comp for about 7 hours per week and i'm now done with it.  I was completely despondent.  BUT then......

I recieved a txt today from NOVA saying " Just calling up to see how you went with your $1000 dollar prize that you won with us before christmas and just making sure that all was good.  Please return our call"  FAR OUT!!!!  that was news to me as i had no idea.

When i called they advised that there had been a hurry before christmas and apologised that no one had contacted me to tell me i was a winner in the facebook Panadol comp.   After verifying my details it was confirmed and i can collect it this week  YAY  my dad then rained on my parade by some very badly timed comment which has left me totally disheartened since.  

So 2 bits of advise to you all:  1st NEVER EVER give up, i nearly did and look what happened.  2ndly: I've now learnt the hard way that not everyone wil remain happy or share your joy when you win.  At first some may, but after a while many even some family members or good friends feel a sense of entitlement, greed or jealousy.  Now i only tell my hubby and kids, and of course the positive ACC's.

Yay! I've won a 12 month supply of Radiant Gel washing liquid! I don't usually get excited about doing the washing but the win will definitely make a difference to our grocery bill!
