Terms and Conditions for the Telstra 24x7 Offer
Information on how to participate and Gift details form part of these conditions of participation. Participation in the Offer is deemed acceptance of these conditions of participation.
The Promoter is Telstra Corporation Limited (ABN 33 051 775 556) of Level 16, 180 Lonsdale Street Melbourne VIC 3000 ("Promoter").
The offer commences at 12.01am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEDST") on 17 February 2012 and ends at 11.59pm AEDST on 18 March 2012, or earlier if all Gifts are distributed before this time ("Offer Period").
The offer is open to all Australian residents, over the age of 18 years, excluding directors and employees or contractors of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the offer and their immediate families ("Eligible Participant")
Every Eligible Participant who, during the Offer Period:
visits the Telstra 24x7 Facebook page located at
www.facebook.com/telstra24x7 on the Facebook platform; ("Website")
becomes and remain a fan of the Facebook page at least until the end of the "Offer Period" by selecting the 'like' button (if not already a fan);
correctly and fully completes and submits via Enter now button the online entry form including full name and email address; and
nominates their preferred voucher choice from either BigPond Movies, Music or Shopping,
is entitled to receive from the Promoter a BigPond Movies, Music or Shopping voucher of their choice valued at $10.00 (inc GST) ("Gift")
("Eligible Participation")
Only one Eligible Participation per Eligible Participant will be accepted during the Offer Period.
Gift
Stocks of the Gifts are limited, with 100,000 Gifts available during the Offer Period on a first served basis for those who complete an Eligible Participation.
Eligible Participants who are one of the first 100,000 during the Offer Period to complete an Eligible Participation will be notified by electronic mail shortly after they submit their entry. If an Eligible Participant cannot initially be contacted by electronic mail at the email address they have supplied, 2 further attempts will be made to contact them at the supplied email address, including a final attempt on 7 April 2012.
The Gifts will be sent via an eDM up to one month after submitting the Eligible Participation. The BigPond Vouchers are valid for 30 days and may be redeemed by visiting
www.BigPond.com.
In the event that any Gifts have not been claimed by 14 April 2012 the remaining Gifts may be distributed at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
General
Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Standard terms and conditions apply for the use of the BigPond vouchers and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions which apply to the use of the BigPond vouchers at the time they are issued to the gift recipient will prevail over these terms and conditions, to the extent of any inconsistency.
All other costs associated with taking and using the Gifts are the responsibility of the Gift recipient.
If the Promoter is unable to provide any Gift recipient with a nominated Gift, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Gift of equal or greater monetary value.
The total maximum Gift pool is up to $1,000,000.00 (GST inclusive).
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of a Gift.

Any participant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the participation process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the participation process or these conditions of participation, will not be eligible to receive a Gift.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of participation. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Offer, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each participant and no correspondence will be entered into
By participating and accepting the Offer, the participant and their parent/guardian understands and agrees to be contacted by the Promoter about the Offer and participate in the Promoter’s publicity activities as reasonably requested, including being photographed by the Promoter for use by the Promoter in future marketing and promotional activities without requiring further payment by the Promoter or further consent from the participant.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which may result directly or indirectly from this Offer, including the taking of prizes, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from receiving a Gift.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
