Game of Chance Competition

1.     Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry is invalid.

2.     The Promoter is lastminute.com.au Pty Limited ABN 34091825142, level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. The permit number for this promotion is NSW: LTPS/12/00763 issued on 03/02/2012.

3.     Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Applicants must not be members of the immediate family of employees of the promoter or the Promoter’s related entities directly involved in the promotion (as determined by the Promoter).

4.     The promotion is open to residents of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia only.

5.     The promotion commences at 10am ADEST, Monday 20 February 2012 and closes at 1pm ADEST, Thursday 1 March 2012.

6.     There is no limit to the amount of entries per entrant.

7.     To enter the draw, participants must go to www.lastminute.com.au/nswcompetition and follow the prompts to register their details including first name, surname, email address, state, postcode and telephone number. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

8.     All valid entries will go into a random draw, which will take place at 1.05pm ADEST, Thursday 1 March 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first three valid entries will be drawn as finalists and notified by phone and email on Thursday 1 March 2012.

9.     The three finalists will go into a second random draw, which will take place at 4pm, ADEST, Thursday 1 March 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first valid entry will be notified by phone (on NOVA 96.9FM radio) and email on Friday 2 March 2012, and will win:

·         2x nights accommodation at Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa on Friday 2 March and Saturday 3 March 2012

·         Package includes a Heritage Suite with private pool, gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, all non-alcoholic beverages, a selected range of regional wines and beers with meals

·         Two onsite nature-based activities per day

·         Return transfers from one Sydney address to Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa

10.  The prize must be redeemed on Friday 2 March 2012.

11.  Any additional costs incurred by the Winner, other than those that form part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner, including spending money, and any incidental, non room-only charges including but not limited to room service, telephone calls and internet usage. Travel insurance is also not included and is advisable.

12.  All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or lay-buys nor can they be re-sold. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance or availability of any prize.

13.  All Prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking and, if any component of a prize is unavailable on the dates proposed by the winner, the Promoter will consult with the winner to determine alternative dates on which the prize will be booked.

14.  In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element/s of the prize at the time agreed by the Promoter, that element/s will be forfeited by that winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element/s of the prize.

15.  Once the prizes have been arranged by the Promoter, changes to the travel, accommodation and other prize arrangements must be made by and are at the expense of the winner.

16.  The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$5,200.

17.  The winner will be notified by phone and email on Friday 2 March 2012. The winner’s details will also be published at www.lastminute.com.au on Friday 2 March 2012 for a period of three months.

18.  The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to state regulation and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

19.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.

20.  The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

21.  The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.

22.  If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.

23.  In order for you to participate in this promotion the Promoter will collect your name, telephone number, state of residence, postcode and email address. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion.

24.  By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes.

26.  The winner of this promotion agrees that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.

27.  These Conditions of Entry shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts.
