Cronulla Gift Card Giveaway
Simply spend $70 in one day at Cronulla Beach CBD from 5 to 18 March to receive a bonus $10 gift card (while stocks last).
Cronulla's Gift Card Giveaway commences on Monday 5 March and runs for two weeks until Sunday 18 March, or until all 1500 gift cards have been claimed, whichever comes first.
Simply spend $70 or more at any Cronulla Beach CBD business in a single day throughout the promotional period and present your receipts at the Cronulla Beach CBD Management office. Receipts can be accumulated from more than one business in any one day, but only one gift card per day can be obtained.
The Cronulla Beach CBD Management office is located just near Cronulla Library in Cronulla Central, 38-60 Croydon St (enter from Croydon St or Cronulla Plaza).
Gift Cards can be redeemed at most businesses in Cronulla Beach CBD and are valid until 31 December 2012.

The promotional period commences at 9am on 5 March 2012 and
concludes at 4pm on 18 March 2012, or when all 1500 Gift Cards
valued at $10 have been claimed, whichever comes first. This
is known as the promotional period.
How to enter and how to claim your gift card:
To be eligible to receive the Cronulla Gift Card throughout the
promotional period, individuals must:
1. Spend $70 or more at participating Cronulla Beach
CBD businesses in any one (1) day throughout the
promotional period (see above). Receipts can be
accumulated from more than one business in any one
day, but only one gift card per day can be obtained.
2. Individuals must present their eligible receipt(s) totalling
at least $70 for purchases made on the same day to
the Cronulla Beach CBD Management office, located at
Shop 11 Cronulla Central, 38-60 Croydon St (or enter
off Cronulla Plaza in between 11 and 13 Cronulla St).
No claims will be accepted via mail.
3. Any receipts illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or
tampered with in any way will not be considered for
redemption.
4. $70 can be spent across multiple purchases on the
same day, during the promotional period.
5. Each individual may only receive one $10 Gift Card
per day throughout the promotional period. However,
entrants may enter more than once during the
promotional period, with each entry requiring a
minimum spend of $70 on any one day.
6. The offer is available until all 1500 $10 Gift Cards have
been claimed, or until 18 March, whichever comes first.
7. Your name and postcode are required to be eligible to
receive your Gift Card.
8. No responsibility is accepted for late or lost store
receipts, or misdirected entries.
9. The Cronulla Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or
transferable, and must be taken as offered (see How to
use your Cronulla Gift Card)
NB: It should be noted that not all businesses are
able to accept the gift cards as payment. The
promoter cannot be held responsible for individual
businesses not accepting the gift card as payment.
It is recommended that when booking restaurants
in Cronulla, acceptance of the gift card is confirmed
at time of booking. A list of participating
businesses is available at the Cronulla Beach CBD
Management office or online at

a) Bill or invoice payments (such as the payment of credit
cards, gas, electricity, rates, telephone and business
accounts) bank transactions, bank fees and charges.
b) Partial lay-by payments, except where a lay-by is
finalised during the promotion period.
c) ATM receipts
d) Undated receipts
e) Receipts dated outside of the promotional period
f) Receipts from businesses outside the Cronulla Beach
CBD area, or non participating businesses.
g) Receipts which have already been used to claim the
Cronulla Gift Card
Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify
the validity of entries and entrants (including an
entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not
in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who
tampers with the entry process.
2. There will be a total of 1500 x $10 Gift Cards allocated
for this promotion – a total prize pool of $15,000.
3. Any further costs associated with the Gift Card are not
included and will need to be met by the redeeming
entrant.
4. The promoter reserves the right to cancel this
promotion at any time or refuse issue of the Gift Card to
anyone at any time.
5. The promoter and any companies associated with this
competition accept no responsibility for any loss or
damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence
of taking part in this promotion or the use and
enjoyment of any item gained via this promotion except
for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The
promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual
who tampers with the entry process, including but not
limited to providing falsified store receipts and failing to
comply with the terms and conditions.
6. The promoter agrees to keep confidential all personal
details obtained by the Promoter during the promotional
period and agrees that such information will be used for
the purposes of the promotion only. If the entrant
chooses to accept the Gift with Purchase, the promoter
reserves the right to use the entrant’s name and
photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
