Win Shanghai flights and hotel nights!In celebration of our new Shanghai services, we’ve teamed up with the five-star Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi to give one lucky couple the holiday of a lifetime!
The prize is a pair of Etihad Airways tickets to Shanghai from any Etihad destination in the world, including a two night stopover in Abu Dhabi. The winners will spend two nights in the luxurious Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi and two nights in the Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai. The winners will enjoy a complimentary lunch or dinner for two at Shangri-La’s superb Shang Palace restaurants at both locations.

Terms and Conditions1. The competition is open for entry until
12 noon Abu Dhabi time (GMT +4) on March 20, 2012.2. The competition is open to all Facebook users who are fans of the Etihad Airways page aged 18 or over on the day of their entry, excluding employees and employees’ family members of Etihad Airways and its subsidiaries.
3. Anyone who completes the entry form and submits one photo before 12pm on March 20, 2011 will be eligible to win. No purchase is necessary.

The competition is limited to one entry per person. Multiple registrations will be discarded.

Entrants must submit one photo of themselves alone or with others in front of a landmark at any destination Etihad flies to.6. All photos submitted must be the sole property of the entrant and have the consent of any person pictured to be used by Etihad.
7. The prize for 1 winner is a pair of Etihad Airways Coral Economy Class return tickets, upgradeable to Pearl Business Class based on space availability only, to Abu Dhabi from any Etihad Airways-operated route and a pair of Pearl Business Class return tickets from Abu Dhabi to Shanghai. All taxes and surcharges shall be paid by Etihad. In addition, the winner and his/her guest will win two nights' accommodation in the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi and Shangri-La Shanghai, inclusive of one lunch or dinner for two at each location. All other travel and/or accommodation expenses must be borne by the winner.

Winners must be available for outbound travel within 60 days of the completion of the competition.9. Bookings for prize tickets must be made 20 business days in advance and are strictly subject to availability.
10. Winners must make their own arrangements for the processing of visas, including all charges, if applicable.
11. Etihad Airways will contact the winner shortly after the close of the competition to confirm the winner’s travel dates of choice.
12. These tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non re-routable. No cash alternatives will be given.
13. These tickets are not eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accumulation and cannot be upgraded using miles.
14. From the photos submitted by the deadline of March 20, Etihad Airways will shortlist photos for fans to vote on. Fans will be able to vote for their favourite photoand voting will close on March 31.

One winner will be chosen by Etihad Airways from among the photos that received the greatest number of votes from fans. However, the photo with the most votes will not necessarily win.16. If a winner cannot be contacted, an alternative entrant will be chosen.
17. The result of the competition is final and no correspondence relating to the competition or the results of the competition will be entered into.
18. All information gathered from competition entrants, such as email addresses and other personal information, will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of this competition, unless the entrant has specified otherwise.
19. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to their photos being used by Etihad for any form of promotional activity.
20. Prize winners may be required to take part in appropriate PR activities, including photography and news items on our website, and consent to such activities by entering this competition.
21. Etihad may rescind, change or reverse any decision at its absolute discretion should a winner act in any way that brings Etihad and/or the competition into disrepute.
22. Etihad reserves the right to change the date and/or format of this competition and to cancel the competition without notice or liability to the entrant.
