By participating in this ILVE Facebook 10K giveaway promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges these terms and conditions of entry.
The promoter is Eurolinx Pty Ltd (ABN 5790 5954026), 48 Moore Street, Leichhardt, NSW 2040, Australia.
Employees & contractors of Eurolinx and ILVE and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
Entry into the Giveaway Promotion is
open to Australian residents aged 13 years and older.The Promotion will commence on 20/09/12 at 12.00pm AEST and
end on 20/03/13 at 2.00pm AEST (Promotion period).
During the Competition Period, entrants must:
visit the ILVE Facebook page at facebook.com/ILVEappliances; and
click on the "ILVE 10K giveaway" tab and fully complete and submit the online entry form including by providing their full name, Date of birth, residential postcode, and valid email address
All entries must be received during the Competition Period. Consumers may enter once.
It is the entrant's own responsibility to ensure that their details entered upon entry are accurate.
There is one prize to be won in the Promotion. The prize consists of AUD$10,000.00 worth of ILVE product, based on current Suggested Retail Prices at the time of the promotions end.
The product value of AUD$10,000.00 may consist of one or numerous appliances adding up to, but no greater than, AUD$10,000.00
Full Recommended Retail Price must be paid by the winner for all chosen products that exceed the prize amount
The prize must be claimed and chosen from an ILVE showroom and claimed in full within 12 months of the winner receiving their winner's notification
Unclaimed or unused prize value may not be kept in credit for use on a later ILVE purchase
The prize/s is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The prize consists of ILVE product only, and does not include any installation or kitchen design/renovation costs
The winning entry will be drawn at random via a computer software program from all the successful entries on 20/03/2013 at 2:30pm AEST. The first valid entry drawn will receive the prize.
The prize winner will be notified by email within two days after the draw by the Promoter using the contact details provided by the entrant during the registration process.
The name of the winner will also be posted to Facebook.
If the initial prize winner does not claim the prize by 03/04/13, the prize will be forfeited and an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 04/04/13 at 2.00pm AEST, at the same place as the original draw. The new winner will be notified by email within two days after the re-draw, and the new winner's name will be posted on Facebook.
Eurolinx Pty Ltd reserves the right to validate the authenticity of entries and entrant details.
By signing up to the ILVE mailing list, all entrants opt-in to receiving further communications from ILVE. All entrant details, including name, postcode, state, and email address, will be entered into ILVE's mailing list database, which may be used to send future marketing materials to entrants.
The successful prize-winner accepts the prize 'as-is'.
ILVE is not responsible for any variation in the value of the prize.
All decisions of ILVE in connection with the promotion are final and no correspondence is to be entered into.
If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry that entry will be discarded and the Promoter will distribute the relevant prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
In participating in this Giveaway Promotion, each entrant also agrees with Facebook's Terms and Conditions for the use of Facebook and competitions.
