Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entries will automatically be given each time a customer spends $50 or more at eNurse.
3. Orders must be placed and paid for in full between 1st of October 2011 and midnight 31st of May 2012.
4. Multiple entries are permitted.
5. Cancellation of orders or refund requests during the promotion time and up to the date of the draw will void entry.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Promotion commenced on 1 Oct 2011. Entries close 12pm AEST on 31 May 2012.
8. The entry determined as the winner will win the 18 night Cruise for two onbaord Voyager of the Seas.
9. The draw will take place at 12pm on June 20 2012 at 2/7 Millenium Place QLD 4173. All valid entries will be selected through a random draw process in Microsoft excel and witness by atleast three employees of the Promoter.
10. The Promoter will notify the winners by email only (to their registered eNurse.com.au address) and publish their name on eNurse.com.au and within 5 working days of the draw taking place. By entering the draw you give consent to your first name and work specialty area being made public on the website or in email to other members of eNurse.com.au. If you do not consent to having your name used for the purpose of notifying other members of the promotion winner, please notify us of this at the time of activating your account.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. The Prize is an 18 night cruise for two . Total prize pool value is estimated to be AUS$4,000 and is not redeemable for cash..
13. In the event of any prize/s being unclaimed by the more than 14 business days subsequent to the draw, further judging will take place to determine replacement winner/s. Winner/s in any replacement judging will be notified by email as soon as practical and their name/s published on eNurse.com.au.
14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting and/or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
