Terms & Conditions for Mothers Day Scarf Gift with Purchase - Calamvale Central

1. Participation in the campaign implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter (Calamvale
Central Shopping Centre), their immediate families and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes retailers within Calamvale Central Shopping Centre, the retailers’ employees and their immediate families.
3. The Promotion commences at start of trade on Tuesday 24 April 2012 and ends at close of trade on Sunday 13 May 2012, or until the free scarves are depleted before this day (“Promotion Period”)
4. To be eligible to claim a free pack scarf, you must, during the Promotion Period make a purchase of $30 or more in any participating retailer at Calamvale Central Shopping Centre and present your receipts to the staff at Rockmans.
5. Eligible purchases will be rewarded with a free scarf.
6. There is a maximum of 1500 scarves to be given away in varying colours and styles.
Once the maximum number of scarves is depleted no additional scarves can be given
away and the promotion will end.
7. Customers are only allowed to claim one free scarf per day of the campaign, regardless
of how much they have spent.
8. Receipts cannot be combined in order to achieve the required spend - $30 must be
spent in-Centre in one transaction.
9. Any customers that are found to be presenting receipts that have been sourced by any
other method than by them making the eligible purchase themselves will be banned
from entering the promotion and receiving free scarves.
10. Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and
charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) are not
accepted as part of the Promotion.
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the free scarves, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the campaign at any time.
