TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) and Yuan Chieh Pty Ltd (ACN 067 120 370) of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Toowong Village, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong, Queensland, 4066 (“the promoter”).
2. How to enter the gift with purchase promotion. Instructions on how to enter this gift with purchase form part of the terms and conditions.
3. The promotion commences on Thursday 10th May 2012 at 9.00am and will conclude on Saturday 12th May at 4.00pm, or when stock run out (“the Promotion Period”).
4. To be eligible for the gift:
a. Entrants must purchase ‘goods and services’ valued at fifty ($50.00) or more from any participating Toowong Village specialty retailer who sell Mothers Day gifts. Refer to retailer list (major retailers including Coles, Kmart, David Jones are excluded).
b. The purchase must be made during the promotion period – from Thursday 10th May 2012 onwards (while stocks last).
(i) Goods and services excludes: The spend does not include Lay-by, instalment payments, bill payments, financial/banking transactions. Gift Cards; or
(ii) deposits into banks, building societies or other financial institutions or payments on account of insurances and the like; or telephone, internet or mobile phone calling cards or credit cards; or
(iii) payments for registrations (e.g. motor vehicle registration), payments for services (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone), premiums (e.g. insurance and health fund premiums), rates and subscriptions (eg. ambulance subscriptions);
5. Entrants must present their original receipts from a participating retailer during the promotion period to the Grown Counter located at Terry White Chemists, Ground level, opposite Zarraffas to receive their free gift.
6. The Minimum Spend is $50.00. An individual may present a maximum of two (2) Valid Receipts to satisfy the Minimum Spend.
7. Receipts will be marked at the time it is redeemed and the receipt cannot be used again. This is regardless of whether these are an unused balance of purchases above fifty dollars evidenced by the receipt. One – Grown gift pack will be given from Thursday 10th to Saturday 12th May or until stocks last (some exclusions apply see rule 12).
8. A valid entry must be an original receipt presented to Terry White Chemists. Photocopies will not be eligible.
9. Terry White will be open during the Promotion Period from 9am to 5.30pm daily (except Saturdays when it will be open from 9am to 4pm).
10. If the promoter (and Terry White Chemists) believes that a customer has unfairly contrived its purchases to artificially maximize the number of gifts issued to them, the promoter reserves the right not to issue the gift.
11. The promoter, Toowong Village and staff, participating retailers, other retailers and tenants in Toowong Village, contractors and Retail First Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to receive the gift with purchase.
12. The gift is as follows: One Grown 120ml Mandarin & Rosemary leaf body cream and 300ml Chamomile, Bergamot & Rosewood body cleanser pack from Thursday 10th May 2012 until stocks last.
13. The total gift with purchase is valued at $9,071.37. All amounts are inclusive of GST.
14. The total number of gifts to be given from Wednesday 5th May 2010 is 687 Grown body cream and body cleanser packs. This offer is limited until stocks last.
15. The gifts are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash & cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
16. All goods are to be inspected at the time of collection by the receiver and Terry White Chemist staff. The promoter will not be responsible for any breakages and the item will not be replaced.
17. Other general terms and conditions. In lodging a gift with purchase, all entrants must consent to their names being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining anonymity may not be practicable in the circumstances. All details will remain the property of the promoter at all times.
18. For the purposes of compliance with the Privacy Act 2001, entrants are advised that (a) they can contact the Promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above (b) the purpose for which information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Toowong Village and its retailers (c) the information held is not usually given to third party organizations (d) failer to provide all the information may result in the gift not being issued.
19. The promoters’ decision in respect to all aspects of the promotion is final and binding on entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the prize or the conduct of the promotion.
