Oral-B Olympic Games Promotion [Australia] - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
2. Entry only open to Australian residents, who are not employees or directors of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this
Promotion, or members of the immediate family of such employees or contractors.
3. Any entrants under 18 years old must seek permission to enter from their parent or guardian.
4. Promotion commences at 9:00 am (AEST) on 1st April 2012 and entries must be received by 5:00 pm (AEST) on 5th October 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
5. Promotion only applies to the following products (“Participating Products”), which must be purchased on or between 1st April 2012 to 9th September 2012
(“Purchase Period”):

6. To enter and claim the cashback offer: Purchase a Participating Product during the Purchase Period from any retailer nationally and send by mail (1)
completed entry form (attached to these terms & conditions or visit
www.oralb.com.au) , and (2) a photocopy of the purchase receipt, to:

If a claimant has successfully completed and submitted the Entry Form, including the cashback requirements, in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions and the Promotion Terms and Conditions, their cashback will be processed.
7. Cashback amount is dependent on the product purchased. Cashback will be provided via a VISA pre paid card within 60 days of receiving the claim. To
activate the VISA pre paid card once received, call Citibank on 1300 370544 or register at
www.prepaid.citi.com. The casback amount will be uploaded
onto the VISA pre paid card and can be used worldwide, online and over the phone, or at any shop that has VISA capabilities. Redemption of the VISA pre
paid card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the VISA pre paid cards. Pre paid cards cannot be used to obtain
any cash advance or returned for a refund. For $50 cashback amount, there is also a one-time ATM access capability available at no additional fee from
Citibank, Westpac, St George, Bank of Melbourne and bank SA nationally that allows consumers to withdraw cashback amount in the form of cash.
8. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the VISA pre paid card (“Pre paid Card”) are not included. Any unused balance of the pre paid card will not
be awarded as cash. Use of the pre paid card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer available at
http://www.citibank.com.au/ICARD/subapp/rewardhome/html/termsAndConditions.htm (“Website”). Additional fees and charges may apply see Website for further details. Most merchants displaying
the mark of the payment system that appears on the pre paid card, and who can process payments electronically (and not through “click-clack” machines
that take card imprints) accept the pre paid card. Some merchants elect not to accept pre paid cards see Website for further details. The pre paid card
expires on the date specified on the card.
9. Entrant must retain a copy of the receipts for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may,
in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a refund. Purchase receipt(s) must
clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to claim.
10. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted
separately and can be verified by a separate proof of purchase and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c); maximum of five (5) entries per
household is permitted.
11. The Promoter, its contractors and related companies in Oral-B and Procter & Gamble groups, to the extent permitted by applicable law, disclaim all liability
whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise, in relation to the pre paid cards, and the card recipients should look to the
issuer, Citibank (Consumer Hotline 1300 370 544) for any claims concerning the use of the pre paid cards.
12. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all claims before providing the refund.
13. Incomplete, incorrect or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By participating in this promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to
the Promoter and its contractors collecting and holding the personal information provided under Condition 5 “Provided Information”. The Promoter or its
contractors may use the Provided Information for the conduct of this promotion and, unless otherwise requested by the entrant, in any media or form of
communications to the entrant for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter. The Promoter and its contractors may disclose
any or all of the Provided Information, including personal information, to its other contractors and related companies in the Oral-B and Procter & Gamble
groups (some of which may be outside Australia) and may authorise those contractors and related companies to use it for similar uses. The Promoter and
its contractors may use the Provided Information or authorise its use without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants
have the right to access and correct any personal information being held by the Promoter by addressing that request to the office of the Promoter. Further

proper conduct of this promotion, then the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and subject to any written directions given by any relevant
gaming authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
