HOW TO ENTER
To enter, simply provide us with your first name, surname and email then tell us in 25 words or less what you love most about a good surprise. You must also accept the competition Terms & Conditions and agree to receive RedBalloon's weekly e-newsletter. The winner will be chosen based on the creativity of their 25 words or less answer and will receive a mystery flight for two valued at $990.
1.Submission of entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Promotional period commences 04/06/12 at 00:01 (AEST) and closes 08/07/12 at 6:00 (AEST) ("Promotional Period"). No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.
3.The winner will be selected based on the creativity of their 25 words or less answer and will be notified via email by 22/07/2012.
4.If the winner was referred by another entrant via email during the entry process the referrer will receive a $300 RedBalloon Gift Certificate. If the winner was not referred by anyone via email during the entry process the $300 Gift Certificate will not be awarded.
5.You must use a valid email address to enter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion, fulfil prizing and to send weekly newsletters, as a condition of entry. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at

6.Entry is open to Australian residents.
7.Employees of the Promoter, RedBalloon Pty Ltd (Australia), the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
8.Submission of an entry is deemed to be in acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Information on prizes, how to enter and how to claim prizes forms part of these terms and conditions.
9.Only one entry into the competition per person will be allowed.
10.Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
11.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
12.The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
13.The total prize pool is $1290 in value, made up of a mystery flight for two valued at $990 and a $300 RedBalloon Gift Certificate for the referrer, if applicable. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
14.The mystery flight does not cover transport or any additional costs the winner may have while on the getaway - it's simply as listed on RedBalloon here.
15.The mystery flight will be awarded to the winner in the form of a RedBalloon voucher which the winner must then book in accordance with RedBalloon’s terms and conditions

18.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
19.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of relevant government authorities.
