Leader and Harvey Norman $10,000 Kitchen Appliance Give Away Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, 1-7 Chapel Street Blackburn Victoria 3130. ABN: 34 004 337 446.
3. The promotion is known as the “Leader and Harvey Norman $10,000 Kitchen Appliance Give Away” promotion.
4. Entry is available to Victorian residents 18 years or over who reside within the Leader Newspapers distribution area. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter.
5. Only one entry permitted per person.
6. Leader Newspapers’ privacy policy is available by visiting

7. Promotion commences at 7.00am AEST on 4/06/2012 and finishes at 5.00pm AEST on 15/06/2012 (“promotion period”).
8. This promotion will be advertised in all Leader newspapers and online during the promotion period.

www.leadernews.com.au and complete the online entry form. Online entry form will require name, address, contact numbers, email address details and the title of the entrant’s local Leader newspaper.
10. The promotion is one of a game of chance. All valid entries will form part of a random draw.
11. The first valid entry drawn will win kitchen appliances of their choice from Harvey Norman to the retail value of $10,000.
12. Total prize pool value is $AUD10,000.
13. The prize draw will be held at 12.00pm AEST on 18/06/2012 at the office of Salmat IDR Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, New South Wales 2060.
14. The winner will be contacted by phone and in writing within 7 days of the draw and the winner will be published in Leader newspapers on week commencing 25/06/2012.
