• Promotion starts June 1st 2012 and concludes at 5pm July 31st 2012.
• Prize draw will be conducted at Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd, 30 Leda Drive, West Burleigh on the August 16th 2012 at 12pm EST.
• In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or is unable to claim their prize, a redraw will be conducted Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd, 30 Leda Drive, West Burleigh on the October 8th 2012 at 12pm EST.
• Judges decision is final.
• The winner will be notified via phone and email. In the event of a redraw the winner will be contacted directly by phone and mail.
• The winners name will be published on August 20th 2012 in the “news” section of the Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd website (
www.wallboardtools.com.au), in the Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd Newsletter and on the Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd Official Facebook Page (

• “Win a Trip with Trim-Tex” prize is a trip for 2 people to the 2012 AWCI Conference (21st -25th October 2012) in Port Douglas (total maximum prize value $4970). Prize package consists of :
- 2 x return flights from the winners nearest capital city to Cairns Airport
- 2 x return Transfers from Cairns Airport to the Sheraton Mirage
- 4 nights accommodation for 2 people in a standard room at the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas
- 1 x 2012 AWCI Conference Delegates Package and 1 x 2012 AWCI Conference Partner Package
- Spending money of $500
• Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd will book flights, accommodation, transfers and AWCI conference packages on behalf of the winner. Winner will be emailed e-tickets for the flight and an itinerary of other relevant booking details. Spending money will be paid via a preloaded EFTPOS card on the winners arrival at the conference.
• Employees of Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd and their direct families are
ineligible. Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd Distributors who resell the products
are ineligible.
• Offer is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years only.
• To be eligible, consumers must purchase any Trim-Tex product from a participating Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd distributor within Australia between June 1st 2012 and the July 31st 2012 and fill in a “Win a Trip with Trim-Tex” entry form. Participants may be asked to produce their proof of purchase to validate their entry. Prize is for the purpose of attending the 2012 AWCI Conference in Port Douglas. Entrants must be available to travel on dates of the conference (21st – 25th of October 2012). Claiming the “Win a Trip with Trim-Tex” prize is conditional on the winners attendance of the conference.
• It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, legible details (full name, contact number and postal address) on the “Win a Trip with Trim-Tex” entry forms.
• Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries.
• One entry per person, per purchase. Multiple entries permitted as long as each entry applies to a separate invoice.
• Winner will be responsible for charges incurred if the name(s) of the people traveling or details of the flight are changed after e-tickets have been booked and issued.
• Activities participated in while on holidays can be dangerous. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the entrant fails to check the appropriate box on the entry form, Wallboard Tool Co Pty Ltd may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages.
