Full terms and conditions
Commences on 4/7/12 at 11am and concludes 4pm 25/7/12 with 6 random gaming machine draws in Cent City on 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th July between 11am to 4pm to win a minimum of either $20, $30 or $50. Maximum total prize pool $3,600.
1. Promoter is SKYCITY Adelaide Pty Ltd t/as Adelaide Casino of North Terrace, Adelaide, SA. A.B.N. 72 082 362 061
(hereafter referred to as Adelaide Casino).
2. The promotional period commences at 11am on Wednesday 4th July 2012 and concludes at 4pm on Wednesday
25th
th
July 2012 in Adelaide Casino’s ‘Cent City’ gaming machine area.
3. The promotion is only available to Adelaide Casino customers who play an electronic gaming machine (‘EGM’) in
the casino’s ‘Cent City’ gaming machine area on the 1st floor on a Wednesday from 11am to 4pm during the
promotional period.
4. By entering into and participating in this promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts
these terms and conditions.
5. All promotional material including information on internal signage, list of terms and conditions and Casino Licence
agreement forms part of the conditions of entry.
6. Every Wednesday during the promotional period, 6 EGM’s located in the ‘Cent City’ area will be randomly
electronically drawn using the computerised drawing system already approved by the OLGC under approval
number E54/2006 between the hours of 11am and 4pm (6 draws per Wednesday).
7. The 6 random electronic draws will occur on the following Wednesdays- 4th, 11
th
, 18
th
and 25
th
July 2012.
8. Once an EGM has been randomly selected, a Guest Relations Officer/Manager will make their way to the EGM and
inform the actively playing customer located there that they have been selected to play the Klinko Game located
in the ‘Cent City’ area.
9. If the randomly selected machine is not occupied or active by the time the Guest Relations Officer/Manager
arrives at the position, the closest occupied and active EGM position to the left (facing the machine) will be
selected instead, to allow the person located there to play for the Klinko game prize. If no EGM’s are active to the
left of the randomly selected machine then the person actively playing on the closest machine to the right will be
selected to play for the Klinko game prize.
10. Every selected participant will be given the opportunity to enter a ball or disc into the Klinko promotional game,
whereby the ball or disc will roll down and fall into a bronze, sliver or gold coloured compartment which will
determine the cash amount won. The following cash amounts will be won based on the coloured compartment that
the ball or disc falls into:
Bronze- $20
Silver- $30
Gold- $50.
11. All participating Gold tier Rewards Members who have been randomly chosen will have their prizes trebled in value
while Silver and Bronze tier Rewards members who participate will have their prize doubled in value. All other
randomly selected participants (i.e. not a Rewards member) will only receive the face value of the prize won.
12. The maximum amount of prize money that can be won from participation in the Klinko Cash promotion is $3,600
or $900 per day assuming the Gold coloured compartment is attained with each play of the Klinko game by a Gold
tier Rewards Member producing a tripled win amount of $150 for all 6 draws over the 4 draw dates.
13. In the event that the selected entrant is found to be ineligible due to being barred or otherwise, a new participant
will be selected using the method described in paragraph 9 above.
14. Employees of Adelaide Casino and companies associated with this promotion and their families are ineligible to
enter.
15. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of the Conditions of Entry and confirms acceptance to participate
in any reasonable publicity or advertising that Adelaide Casino may request, including photographs and use of
their image on the Adelaide Casino website.
16. Failure to observe the Conditions of Entry may result in disqualification.
17. Adelaide Casino shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited
to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of
the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. Entry is not open to persons under 18 years of age.
19. Minimum legislated return to player is 87.5% on gaming machines.
20. Adelaide Casino management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
