TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. USER AGREEMENT
By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. ENTRANTS ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is only open to the Royal Melbourne Show (RMS) Facebook Fans. By entering, you accept these Terms and warrant that you are:
(a) thirteen (13) years of age, or above.
(b) entering the competition once only on Facebook.
(c) providing a valid email address.
(d) are a resident of Victoria.
(e) agreeing to receive future communication from the Royal Melbourne Show via the supplied email, with the option to 'opt out' at any time.
3. UNAUTHORISED USE OF THE COMPETITION
An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the Promoter and any person associated with the Competition, and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to enter
4. PRIZE
There is one major prize consisting of Royal Melbourne Show entry for 2 adults and 2 children, 4 x showbags, express entry to the Animal Nursery, express entry to the Showbag Pavilion and 4 x reserved front row seats at a free feature entertainment performance. Prize valued at up to $105.
Entry tickets will be sent to winner by mail. Showbags are to be collected by the winner when they visit the Show. The winner must notify the Promoter of the day they will be visiting the Show in order for express entry and reserved seating to be arranged.
No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
5. LENGTH OF THE COMPETITION
The promotion will run on Facebook between 12 noon on 16 July and midnight on 27 August 2012.
The winner will be drawn on Monday 3 September 2012 at 4pm.
6. THE ENTRY PROCESS
By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions to enter the Competition form part of these Terms and Conditions
Entry into the Competition is free. The winner will be selected based on creativity of entry in 25 words or less. The name of the prize winner will be published on the Royal Melbourne Show page on Facebook. Please allow at least 28 days from the date of notification for the delivery of the prize.
7. THE COMPETITION & FACEBOOK
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to the Royal Melbourne Show and not to Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
8. ABOUT THE PROMOTER
The promoter of this Competition is the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (ABN 66006728785), Melbourne Showgrounds, Epsom Road, Ascot Vale, Victoria, 3032.
