Conditions of Entry
The promoter is Central Sports (ABN 80-417-345-966) of Shop 1, 21 Dawson St, Strathalbyn SA 5255.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible for entry into the promotion.
Only one entry per customer is allowed.
Promotion commences on 1 July 2012 and closes on 30 September 2012. The draw will take place at 9am on 1 October 2012. Winners will be notified by email and their names published on our website. The Judge's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win a $150 store voucher from our store at Strathalbyn. There are no other prizes. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
All entries remain the property of the promoter. Entries may be entered into a database for future marketing, publicity or promotional purpose.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever relating to the prize offered.
If the prize is unclaimed after one month of the drawing of the competition, the winner will be taken to have forfeited any right to the prize.
