Have you ever SEEN those normal coffee cup holders? With their persnickety, floppy flaps that never cooperate? And their self-loathing cardboard? It’s demoralising. Once, I bought a strong macchiato and used a normal coffee cup holder to take it away. By the time I got home, it was a weak soy.
This is where Padre Coffee steps up to the saucer. With the help of Simon Cunningham from Volant Designs, they are serving up Pony Cup Holders - a venti triumph in the world of coffee transportation. These reusable four-cup cup holders are made out of a bullish plywood that refuses to snap or sag under duress. There’s even the option of acrylic coating for those distressed by the prospect of wrinkly wood. Better yet, in the place of flaps, the entire operation is held together by rubber bands. I placed a glass of milk in a Pony Cup Holder and it frothed itself out of excitement.
They're built, laser-cut and etched in Australia. You can pick one up over here! Thing is though, we have one Pony Cup Holder, worth $24.95, for you to take away. To enter, just answer the following question.
