(the “Promoter”).

ITEM 5: PROMOTION
REGISTRATION DATES AND
TIMES
Registrations will open at 9.00am on Friday 27th
July and will close at 2.00pm
on Friday 3rd
August 2012 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own
discretion.
ITEM 6: PROMOTION
CONTESTING DATES AND
TIMES
Contesting will take place between 10.00am and 4.00pm from Monday 30th
July 2012 until Friday 3rd
August 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting
Day”.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotional Period at their
complete discretion.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT
RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Western Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any
prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition
run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY During the Registration Period listeners will need to go to the website and
register their details and tell us in twenty five (25) words or less “Why you are
in need of a break!”
(“Entry”)
At various times on each Contesting Day (maximum of three (3) times) the
Promoter will read out five (5) entries selected at random from all
registrations (“Contesting Segment”).
For each Contesting Segment the first entrant to call the Promoter (from the
5 entries selected randomly) on 13 33 53 will be awarded a minor prize and
go in the draw for the major prize.
Each Contesting Segment will only be open for thirty (30) minutes.
If none of the five (5) entries call during this period of time no prize will be
awarded for that Contesting Segment.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence
will be entered into in this regard.ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS N/A
ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS The prize draw will take place at 3.30pm on Friday 3rd
August 2012 at Mix94.5
of 450 Roberts Rd, Subiaco WA 6008. The draw will be a manual random
draw.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS There will be a maximum of fifteen (15) minor and One (1) major prizes.
Each minor prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- One (1) one hundred dollar cash cheque

The major prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
• Two (2) x return economy flights from Perth to Broome (Thursday 30
August 2012, QF1072 Depart Perth 16:20 , Arrive Broome 18:45, and

Arrive Perth 13:00)
• Two (2) x return transfers from Broome Airport
• Four (4) x nights’ accommodation at Pinctada Cable Beach Resort

CONDITIONS
It is strongly recommended that the Winner and his/her friends obtain
relevant and suitable travel insurance at their own expense in order to be
able to take the Prize, however this is not a requirement of entry.
Should the prize winner, their guests or their parent, legal guardian or Guardian miss any of the transport arranged for them by the Promoter, they
will be responsible for arranging alternative travel arrangements and no
compensation will be awarded to them by the Promoter.
Should it be the case that a Winner/s and/or Guest/s are unable to attend
due to a date change, these Winner/s and/or Guest/s will forfeit their prize.
The winner (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses
including spending money, meals (unless specified in the itinerary), drinks,
transfers (unless specified in the itinerary), laundry charges, activities (unless
specified in the itinerary), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services
charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is
highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the
event of unforeseen circumstances.
Transport to and from departure point including but not limited to additional
domestic airfares if required, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or
activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, and
all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the
responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. The prize package
also excludes medical expenses, items of a personal nature, beverages,
optional
Tours not outlined, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights, room
upgrades or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other
than those specified. These costs and expenses are the responsibility of the
winner. Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner’s sole
expense and subject to availability at the time of booking. For the removal
of doubt, taxes for domestic travel are included in the prize winning
domestic airfares provided by the promoter.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses
(including travel to and from the departure point) become the responsibility
of the winner.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to
present their credit card upon arrival at any hotel to cover all incidentals
they may incur including their stay at that hotel.
If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the
Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or
greater value, subject to State Regulation.
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companions)
must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the
Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not
limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
By accepting this prize the winner will be required to take part in further
promotional activities.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All decisions are at the
