1.2Prizeisfullyinclusiveof:

3.1. Entrantsmustbeovertheageof18andtheentrantsmustbeabletoshowupon
requestproofofageandresidency.
3.2.AllentrantsagreetoprovidethePromoterorthePromoter’sauthorisedagentwith
proofofidentity,residency,ageand/orproofofentryvalidityifselectedasthePrize
winner/sorifreasonablyrequestedbythePromoterorthePromoter’sauthorisedagent.
Proofofage,identification,residencyandentryconsideredsuitableforverificationisatthe
solediscretionofthePromoter.IntheeventthatthePrizewinnercannotprovidesuitable

publishedonthewebsitefromAugust10,2012.ThePrizesmustbeclaimedpriortothe

4.3.IfaPrizewinnercannotbecontactedordoesnotclaimthePrizebythestipulated
date,thenthePrizewillbeforfeitedandasubstituteprizewillnotbeofferedinlieuofthe

4.4.Thepromotermayawardtheprizetoarunnerupiftheprizeisforfeitedunderterm

vandalism,powerfailures,tempests,naturaldisasters,actsofGod,civilunrest,strike,war,
actofterrorism,thePromotermayinitsabsolutediscretioncancelthecompetitionand
recommenceitfromthestartonthesameconditions,subjecttoanyapplicablelegislation
ofaStateorTerritory.
5.2.ThePromoteranditsaffiliatesassumenoresponsibilityforanyerror,omission,
interruption,deletion,defect,delayinoperationortransmission;acommunicationline
failure,theftordestructionorunauthorisedaccessto,oralterationof,entries,andreserves
therighttotakeanyactionthatmaybeavailable.
5.3.If,foranyreason,thiscompetitionisnotcapableofbeingconductedasplanned,
including,butnotlimitedto;tampering,unauthorisedintervention,fraud,technicalfailures
oranyothercausesbeyondthecontrolofthePromoterwhichcorruptoraffectthe
administrationsecurity,fairness,integrityorproperconductofthiscompetition.The
Promoterreservestheright,initssolediscretion,todisqualifyanyindividualwhotampers
withtheentryprocess,takeanyactionthatmaybeavailable,andtocancel,terminate,
modifyorsuspendthecompetition,subjecttoanyapplicablelegislationof aStateor
Territory.
5.4.NoresponsibilitywillbeacceptedbythePromoterforlate,lostormisdirectedentries

detailsbywhichtheentrantcannotbecontactedduringbusinesshoursontherelevant

5.5.ThePromoterreservestherighttocanceltheawardofprize/sto,and/ortodisqualify
anyindividualwho,asdeterminedinthesolediscretionofthePromoter,hasbreached
thesetermsandconditionsorwhohasotherwiseengagedinunlawfulorimproperconductthatisdesignedtojeopardisethefairconductoftheCompetition.
5.6.EntrantsentertheCompetitionattheirsolerisk.Withtheexceptionofliabilitywhich
cannotbeexcludedbylaw,thePromotershallnotbeliableforanylossordamagewhichis
suffered(includingbutnotlimitedtoindirectorconsequentialloss)orforpersonalinjury

5.7.ThePromoterisnotliableforthesafetyandwellbeingoftheentrant/ultimateprize
winnerwhilstonTheItinerary.
5.8.AllentrantsreleasethePromoterfromandindemnifythePromoteragainstallliability,
