2. This sampling offer is open to residents of Australia only, aged 13+ and above. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Offeror and its agencies are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Sampling offer commences on Wednesday 29th August 2012 at 9:00am AEST and will continue until 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 12th September 2012 or until stock of samples is exhausted, whichever is sooner (Offer Period).
4. To claim a sample offer of one (1) Moxie Slenders Pads (Sample) Pack and one (1) Moxie Sleepovers Overnight Pads (Sample) Pack, a claimant must ‘like’ the Moxie Powder Room fan page on Facebook (at
http://www.facebook.com/MoxiePowderRoom) and submit a completed entry form, which can be accessed via the Free Sample tab on the Moxie Facebook page, including providing their full name, date of birth, email address, delivery address, the exclusive codeword sourced from the September issue of Girlfriend Magazine and answers to the questions ‘How did you find out about this promotion?’ and ‘Which brands do you use the most?’ (Claim).
5. Each product sample will contain one (1) x Moxie Slenders Pads (Sample) Pack and one (1) x Moxie Sleepovers Overnight Pads (Sample) Pack. The Sample is for sample/promotional purposes only and does not have a retail value. The retail packs depicted in the materials relating to this offer are shown for promotional purposes only and are not representations of the sample packs.
6. Sample is not for sale and must not be made for sale by the claimant. Samples are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Each valid Claim received during the Offer Period will receive one Sample. The Sample will be sent to the claimant at the delivery address set out in their Claim. Delivery of the Sample may take up to 6-8 weeks.
8.1 It is the advice of Millie & More to not use any sample that appears to be tampered with. If the quality seal on the Moxie Slenders Pads sample is broken do not use and dispose of immediately.
9. The Offeror's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected claims. Such claims will be deemed invalid.
10. Any cost associated with accessing the Giveaway website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. All claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Offeror and not at the time of transmission by the claimant.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability arising under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) in relation to supply of products), the Offeror (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Offeror's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Offeror) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Offeror. To the extent permitted by law, the Offeror and any of their associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, expense, personal injury, death or liability (including, but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses) that is suffered or incurred in connection with the Giveaway, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Offeror, and its associated agencies, or any person associated with any of them including their employees or agents or otherwise. Each claimant also releases Facebook from any liability for any loss or damages whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in relation to the Giveaway, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. If the sample offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Offeror, the Offeror reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the sample offer, as appropriate; or (c) to substitute the sample product with another product.
13. The Offeror reserves the right to request claimants to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated sample delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Offeror. The Offeror reserves the right to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Offeror's discretion. Failure by the Offeror to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. Claimants' personal information will be collected to enable the Offeror to administer this sample offer. The personal information of the claimant may be provided to others assisting, including sample suppliers and deliverers. If the personal information requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the sample offer. The Offeror may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic marketing communications or telephoning the claimant. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to Millie & More Pty Ltd of Suite 2, 64 Sutton Street, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051. ABN 26 214 102 867. If a claimant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Offeror may determine the claimant is not eligible to participate in the sample offer or receive a sample.
15. This Giveaway offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Claimants understand that they are providing their information to the Offeror and not to Facebook.
