THE JEEP WRANGLER AND WEEKLY CASH DRAW GIVE AWAY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This competition is governed by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions and the Crown Signature Club
Rules (Competition).
2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
3. Participation in this Competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. This Competition is open to all Crown Signature Club Members (Members).
5. The Competition commences on Monday 13 August 2012 and concludes on Saturday 22 September (Competition
Period).
Weekly Draw
6. Members may obtain an entry into the Weekly Draw by visiting the Poker Registration Desk, in the Poker Room
during the Competition Period.
7. Additional entries will be distributed by Table Games staff during the Competition Period at: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm,
7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm and midnight; to Members actively playing at a Poker table in the Poker Room. One
entry, per Member, per distribution.
8. A maximum of 10 entries can be awarded per Member per day.
9. Entries must be placed in the Competition barrel located in the Poker Room.
10. No other method of entry will be accepted.
11. The Competition barrel will be emptied after each Weekly Draw.
12. The Competition will comprise of 1 (one) draw per week, conducted at Level B2 Crown Poker Room, Crown
Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006 (dates and times stated below). The winners of
the Weekly Draws will go into the Major Prize Draw.

Major Prize Draw
13. The Major Prize Draw will take place at 4.00pm Sunday 30 September 2012 at Level B2 Crown Poker Room, Crown
Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006.
14. Weekly Winners are not required to be present at the draw to be eligible to win a prize. . If a Weekly Winner is
not present at the Major Prize Draw at 4pm on Sunday 30 September 2012, a Crown representative will nominate
an individual to stand in on their behalf. In the order of which the Weekly Winners were drawn, the 6 Weekly
Winners (or nominated individual) will be asked to select a themed device
15. One themed device will have a picture of the Jeep Wrangler; the remaining 5 themed devices will contain the
consolation prize of $1,000 Table Play voucher.
16. The winner of the Competition will win a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport Engine 4WD 3.6 L 24V, VVT V6 Petrol Manual
Transmission 6 speed, 17‐inch aluminium wheels Exterior Flame Red, Seat trim colour‐tectonic/Wallace II Cloth‐
Black, Media Centre 130 CD/DVD/MP3 radio,(REL) with Audio Jack, 6 Speakers, on‐road costs such as stamp duty
and compulsory third party insurance (for the first 12 months only); valued at $35,790.
17. In the event that Crown has been unable to contact a winner and/or the winner has not collected their Major
Prize by 9.59 am Tuesday 30 October 2012, a redraw will be held. The redraw will be held on Wednesday 31
October 2012 at 10:00am and will take place in the Administration Manager’s Office on Level 6, 8 Whiteman St,
and Southbank 3006. The redrawn winner will be allocated the unclaimed prize and will be notified by telephone
and in writing.Prize Pool
18. The Major Prize is one Jeep Wrangler valued at $35,790 as described at clause 16.
19. The Consolation Prize will be 5 (five) $1,000 Table Play vouchers.
20. Total prize value for the complete competition is $40,790.
Important Notice to All Patrons
21. All consolation prizes will be in the form of a Table Play voucher. At the time of the Major Prize draw, each
consolation prize winner will receive a Table Play voucher which can be redeemed for cash, gaming chips or a
cheque (at the winner’s election).
22. The Weekly Winners are not required to be present for the Major Prize Draw.
23. Crown will notify all winners by telephone and mail.
24. Members participating in this Competition are bound by the Rules and Terms and Conditions of Crown Signature
Club and of this Competition.
25. If the prize selected is unavailable for any reason at the time of the redemption, Crown will instead award the
winner a similar prize of equivalent value (as determined by Crown).
26. Copies of these Terms and Conditions will be available for viewing at the Poker Registration Desk.
27. Crown reserves the right and licence to use selected entrants’ names, suburbs, photographs, images and
likenesses for the purpose of promoting and advertising Crown and the Crown Entertainment Complex.
28. The Competition is only open to patrons aged 18 years and over.
29. Employees of Crown and the Burswood Group of companies are not permitted to enter this Competition.
30. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the Casino pursuant to the provisions of the Casino Control
Act or who are otherwise excluded.
31. Subject to law, Crown (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury
(including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition or the prizes
(including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that
Crown’s liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of Crown in respect of its supply of services and/or goods
to a Member in the ordinary course of Crown’s business.
32. Crown reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances
outside Crown’s reasonable control) after consultation with and approval by the Victorian Commission for Liquor
and Gambling Regulation.
33. In the event that the allocation of entries or a draw cannot be conducted at the specified time due to unforeseen
circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control, the draw will take place as soon as practicable after the delay
has been resolved.
34. Crown’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on each entrant.
35. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of any entrant.
Disqualification will be at Crown’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
36. The prize winners’ details will be published in the Herald Sun on Friday 5 October 2012.
37. In the event that a redraw is conducted, the redrawn winner's name and suburb will be published in the Herald
Sun newspaper on Friday 2 November 2012.
38. Subject to clauses 27, 36 & 37, entrants’ personal information collected during this Competition will not be
disclosed to any third parties, unless such disclosure is required by law.
39. The prizes are not transferable.
40. Crown practises the responsible service of gaming.
41. Crown means Crown Melbourne Limited ABN 46 006 973 262.
