Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents age 18 or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible, as are employees of agencies associated with this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Only one entry per person permitted per competition.
The blanket promotional period (the "Promotional Period") commences on Wednesday August 01, 2012 at 10:00am (AEST) and concludes on Friday August 31, 2012 at 11:59pm (AEST).
The Promoter will run a series of promotional competitions during the Promotional Period to support brands that include REVLON and ALMAY. Each individual competition will have its own deadline for entry, prizes, and prize drawing.
To be included in prize drawings participants must complete the details required in the competition form on the website (
www.revlon.com.au/winwinwin) and submit electronically to the Promoter so that it is received by the Promoter before the applicable deadline. Entries received after such deadline shall be disqualified.
Upon submitting their completed entry, entrants may also ‘refer a friend’ by entering the friend’s email address (subject to their friend’s approval).
Entrants can only enter in their own name and use their own email address. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of age, identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. Neither the Promoter nor any of its affiliates or employees accept responsibility for any data loss or delay resulting from any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind or otherwise.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
Each manual prize draw will take place up to 30 days after each competition has ended, at REVLON AUSTRALIA 12 Julius Avenue, North Ryde NSW 2113 at 10.00am. The Promoter's decision as to winners will be final and binding. All winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw date and published on the Revlon website within 7 days of the draw.
Major prize(s): The first eligible entry drawn from all valid entries received for the applicable draw will receive one of the following prizes - a prize pack which will include a selection of Revlon and/or Almay products; and other items, as chosen by the Promoter, with a maximum retail value of AU$1000 (NZ $1,224.76 valid pricing at 28/7/2010).
Secondary Prize(s): Where applicable, eligible entries drawn from all valid entries received will receive a prize pack which will include a selection of Revlon and/or Almay products as chosen by the Promoter, with a maximum value of less than AU$1000 (NZ $1,224.76 valid pricing at 28/7/2010)
Prizes will vary between competitions but each individual prize will not exceed AU$1,000 (NZ $1,224.76 valid pricing at 28/7/2010) and the total prize pool for each competition will not exceed AU$5000 (NZ $6,107.50 valid pricing at 28/7/2010)
Total maximum retail value of the total prize pool for all campaigns over The Promotional Period is AU$100,000 (NZ $122,247.76 valid pricing at 28/7/2010).
If the prizes are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation and subsequent approval.
Prize values are GST inclusive, are in Australian and New Zealand dollars, and are valued at the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier.
Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by entrants/winners. Prizes are not transferrable; prizes will be given only to winners selected by the Promoter. No cash or other alternative prize will be given for any reason. If for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If any prizes remain unclaimed as at 5pm AEST on 19 October 2012, a second chance draw/s will be held at 10am AEST on 24 October 2012 at the same place as the original draw/s subject to any directions given under applicable law. The second chance draw winner/s will be notified by email within 2 days of the second chance draw date and published on The Revlon website (
www.revlon.com.au/winwinwin) 1 December 2012.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and they should seek independent financial advice in this area.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter shall be entitled to use entries, and all personal information contained therein, in any way that it considers appropriate for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to the Promoter.
If for any reason a competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
