Entry is only open to residents of Australia who subscribe or renew their subscription to Real Living between 13/08/2012 and 16/09/2012 for a minimum period of 12 months. Entry is automatic upon and subject to the correct use of a valid credit card, or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared for payment. Subscriptions are to be sent to Real Living, Reply Paid 5252, Sydney 2001; via the Internet site
www.magshop.com.au/realliving or made via freecall 136 116. The entrant will be deemed to be the person who is nominated (at the time of payment) to receive the subscription. Only one entry per person per subscription.

Every new or renewed subscription (12 or 24 months) made during the Promotional Period, will deem the subscriber eligible to receive the gift of one (1) BODUM Pavina Salad Bowl, in orange or purple - valued at $35.
Orange and purple colour availability is limited in number. Subscribers therefore may not be able to receive their preferred orange or purple colour if it has run out of stock and will receive another colour available (black, red, lime green and off white). Further, if any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Only one (1) gift is permitted per person per subscription. If the subscription is a gift, the donor (i.e. person buying the subscription) will receive the gift.
All ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize are the responsibility of the winner. These are the responsibility of the winner.
