Warranties
By reviewing BIG4 Ballarat Goldfields Holiday Park on Trip Advisor and entering this competition you
warrant that you are over 18 years of age and that you have stayed with us during the period of 1
May 2011 – 31 October 2012 and that your comments are accurate and not misleading or deceptive
account of your stay.
The Prize
The prize consists of an accommodation voucher to the value of $500 to be used at BIG4 Ballarat
Goldfields Holiday Park by November 30 2013. The competition is open to Australian residents only
and there is a limit of one entry per person. The accommodation voucher cannot be transferred or
postponed or redeemed for cash. The prize is subject to availability and not valid during school
holidays, long weekends or other periods of peak demand. The prize is valid for 12 months from the
date of winning and must be mentioned at the time of booking. The winner will be requested to
provide an image to use with the announcement. The prize does not include air fares, transfers or any
other expenses.

reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. By
submitting your personal information in the entry form on this website you agree that you are

Watts Holiday Parks or any of their affiliates in relation to your entry in this competition. You

at your own risk and that in no circumstances will Watts Holiday Parks be liable to you for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits of whatever
nature arising from your participation in this competition.

The competition closes at close of business October 31st 2012 and the winner of the Trip Advisor
