The Deal Group are the owner operators of Dealmonkey.com.au referred to as (DM) petbox.com.au referred to as (PB) and dealfree.com.au referred to as (DF)
The Deal Group is offering subscribers of (DM) and (PB) the chance to win a home entertainment system valued at $4,698.00. (Valuation as at 14 April 2012)
The Winning Prize Is 1 X Samsung Smart LED TV UA46ES7500 (RRP $3,799) and 1 X HTE6750 Smart Home Entertainment System (RRP $899)
Information on how to enter the draw and win the prize forms these Terms and Conditions, participation in this promotion is deemed your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Conditions of Entry
The promotion period begins on 24th April 2012 at 9am AEDT and ends on 26TH October at 5pm AEDT. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. SA residents are excluded. To be eligible entrants must be at the time of the draw be active opt in subscribers of (DM) and (PB) and agree to receive the (DM) and (PB) daily e-news letter including from time to time third party promotional advertising offers.
2. Employees of The Deal Group and associated companies and their immediate families associated with this promotion are excluded from entry. The draw will take place on the 27th October 2012 at 12pm at the premises of The Deal Group, Lower Level, 1 – Suite 1 Cookson Street, Camberwell 3124. The competition prize winner will be notified by telephone and email within 3 days from the draw date and the winners name will be published in the (DM) and (PB) e-news letter.
3. To enter this competition entrants must subscribe to (DM) and (PB) complete the required contact details including demographic and personal interest fields.
4. This competition is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winning entrant will be electronically drawn from the total combined pool of active opt in subscribers of (DM) and (PB). Entrants at the time of the draw must be active subscribers of (DM) and (PB) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence
5. Entries are limited to one per person, all additional entries citing the same email address will be removed. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited with the subscriber subsequently be withdrawn from the draw.
6. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The delivery of the prize will be arranged by The Promoter, please allow 14 days from competition close date for delivery of the prize.
There is one major prize to be won, and comprises of:

The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions any additional expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
