How to enter:
To receive one (1) automatic entry into the prize draw (“Draw”) in the Swann
Insurance “Freedom is…” promotion ("Promotion”), participants must:
· Visit the Swann Insurance facebook page (

· Complete and submit the entry form on the “Freedom is…” competition page giving all five answers to the question: Name the five locations featured in Swann’s new TV advertisement “Freedom is…” (“Eligible Entries”)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and the Prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Swann Insurance (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 80 000 886 680 of Level 14, 181 William Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (“Swann”).
3. Authorised NSW & ACT PERMIT NUMBER’S: LTPS/12/05794 & ACT TP 12/02606.
4. The competition will run from 11th July 2012 until 11th September 2012.
Eligibility and Validity of Entries
5. No more than one entry for each person is permitted.
6. Employees of Swann and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
7. Swann reserves the right, at any time (prior, during or after the Draw) to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Failure by Swann to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The draw
9. Swann will conduct the Draw. The Draw will be conducted by random manual draw (“Draw”) from all Eligible Entries at Level 14, 181 William Street, Melbourne, 3000 (“Swann’s principal place of business”) at 11am on Tuesday, 12th September 2012 (AEST).
10. The entrants will not need to be in attendance at the Draw to win the Prize.
Prize
11. The first valid entry drawn in the Draw will win two (2) general admission 3 day season general admission tickets to the 2012 AirAsia Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix (26th - 28th October 2012, inclusive), hereafter referred to as the “Prize”.
12. The total Prize value for the Draw is $320.00 (three hundred and twenty dollars AUD).
13. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
Notification and Unclaimed Prize
14. The winner will be notified by telephone and / or by email and the winner’s name will be published on the Swann Insurance facebook page (
http://www.facebook.com/Swann.Insurance) on 12th September, 2012.
15. The winner must reply to the notification and claim their Prize by 15 October, 2012. Upon doing so, Swann will instantly issue the Prize to the winner.
16. In the event that the Prize remains unclaimed by close of business on 15 October 2012, an unclaimed Prize Draw will take place at Swann’s principal place of business on 16 October, 2012 at 11a.m.
17. In the event that there is a winner of the unclaimed Prize draw, he or she will be notified by telephone and/or email following the unclaimed Prize draw, and shall have their name published on the Swann Insurance Facebook page on 17 October, 2012. Any winner of the unclaimed Prize Draw must reply to the notification within one week of the notification in order to be issued with the Prize.
Information
18. Entrants’ personal information will be collected, used and disclosed to enable Swann to administer this trade promotion and Swann may, for this purpose, disclose such information to Prize suppliers and, if required by law, to Australian regulatory authorities, or as required by law.
19. Additionally, the Prize winner gives their consent (which may be revoked) to Swann to use their name, image, likeness and /or voice and the fact that they have won a Prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and / or supplied by Swann.
20. The winner also agrees to comply, and will procure that their companion complies, with these Conditions of Entry, the Conditions of Sale and Conditions of Entry to the Event (collectively, the Conditions) (copies of which are available at
www.motogp.com.au or from the Promoter, and the Conditions of Entry displayed at entrances to the Event).
21. By entering this competition entrants agree that if they win they must make any other person(s) who share a prize with them aware of these Conditions of Entry, and procure such person(s)’s agreement to these Conditions of Entry as a condition of their acceptance of participation in the prize.
General
22. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Swann, Swann reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there.
