The prize draw will take place at 9.00am on Monday 27th August 2012 at B105 of level 1, William Jolly Place, 309 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000. The draw will be a manual random draw.
There will be a total of one (1) prize.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
Private tour of Art with Altitude with a festival curator at the Brisbane Airport Village (money can’t buy).
(1) One x night accommodation for two (2) adults in a standard
room at Novotel Brisbane Airport valued at $244.00.
Bottle of sparkling wine on arrival at hotel (included in room rate). Dinner for Two (2) at Catalina Restaurant valued at $150.00.
Buffet breakfast for Two(2) at Catalina Restaurant valued at $40.00.
Total maximum value of prize is: $434.00. (x1)
The prize includes only those elements listed in Item 11 and anything additional or ancillary must be covered at the prize winner’s expense.
The winner and their guests must be over the age of eighteen (18) years of age and be able to provide photo identification.
The prize winner and their guest must be available for a suited time to redeem their private tour of Art with Altitude with a festival curator.
Tickets and vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners must adhere to any conditions of use stipulated on the individual vouchers and tickets. Please refer to each voucher and ticket for specific terms and conditions. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any terms and conditions on any individual voucher and ticket.
The nights’ accommodation must be taken on Saturday 1st September 2012. The Prize winner and their guest must be available to take the prize on this date. The prize element does not include transport to and from hotel. Any additional costs, including but not limited to room service, internet use, phone use and mini bar, will need to be covered by the Prize Winner and/or their guest. The Prize winner or guest may be required to provide the hotel with a credit card or cash deposit for security purposes on check-in.
Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winners and their guests will not be compensated.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
