1.Information on how to enter the Naturally Even Photo Shoot (Promotion) and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. By participating in this Promotion you accept these terms and conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only. All entrants under the age of 18 acknowledge the winning prize will be registered in the name of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter’s employees and their immediate families and the Promoter’s agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion commences at 10am AEST on 16/08/2012 and entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 16/09/2012 (Promotion Period). This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity and originality.

(e) Retain proof of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required to validate winning entries.
5. Multiple entries per person are permitted, however winning entries will be required to provide proof of purchase for all submitted entries to be eligible to receive a prize.
6. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions or received after the Period ends will not be considered. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Major Prize
7.The prize is a professional photo shoot session including prints in your nearest capital city to the total value of $500. The winner will be issued with a $500 credit / voucher for a photographer in their nearest capital city. The number and size of prints will vary depending on the selected Photographer’s package. A photographer will be pre-selected by the promoter in each capital city, and the winner’s nearest capital city will be determined based on the address provided on the competition entry form. The voucher will be sent to the winner by the promoter. The winner will then be able to liaise directly with the photography studio to arrange the details of the shoot as well as packages and prints available with their credit.
Photography credit / voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified upon fulfillment. Any credit not used by the expiry date will be forfeited.
