CONDITIONS Please Read Carefully

1. Promotion commences 30/05/12.  Promotion period is Brochure 15, 2012.
2. Customers will be eligible for one entry for each Anew Aqua Youth Gift Pack purchased in Brochure 15, 2012. Customers are to get a promo code from Representatives (featured in Anew Aqua Youth Education Booklet), go online to facebook.com/avonausnz to answer a simple question and tell us 25 words or less why they love Anew Aqua Youth.
3. Back Orders into Brochure 15 are eligible.
4. Promotion closes 11/09/12 with all online entries received before12 midnight.
5. Each 25 word entry will be judged and a total of 6 each for Aus and NZ; winners will receive a range of prizes.
1. Best entry $5,000 ($10,000 total value, $5,000 AUS, $5,000 NZ)
2. Next 5 best entries receive an Waterproof Camera valued at max of $200 ($4,000 total value, 10 Cameras -  AUS $2,000, 10 Cameras and NZ $2,000, 10 Cameras)
6. Total prize value is $14,000 with a total of 12 Customer prizes only.
7. Competition winner will be assessed in the following areas - 50% Creativity, 25% Use of “Aqua” brand name, and 25% Use of “Avon” in their entry.
8. Representatives cannot enter themselves as Customers, however the Representatives who serve the winning Customers will receive the same prize. (AUS $5,000 plus 5 Waterproof Cameras and NZ $5,000 plus 5 Waterproof Cameras)
9. Winners will be notified by phone and by mail on Monday 24/09/12.
10. Employees and officers of Avon, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the promotion.
11.The winning Customer agrees that their name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes and agree to make themselves available for this purpose.
12.The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed.
13.Avon shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.Avon accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
15. Avon’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
