Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, participating Woolworths stores and the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Monday 23/07/2012 & closes at 11.59pm AEST on Monday 24/09/2012 (“Promotion Period”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase a minimum of 2 x 250g punnets of strawberries (“Promotional Product”) in 1 transaction from any participating Woolworths store. Visit

Entrants must retain a copy of the Woolworths receipt/s for all entries as proof of purchase. Each receipt may only be used once for entry. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may in the absolute discretion of the Promoter result in invalidation of all of an Entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt/s must clearly specify the store of purchase, that the purchase was made on or before the online entry and during the promotional period. The Promoter reserves the absolute discretion to require any prize winner to produce their receipt they used for the winning entry in order to claim their prize. Online entries are limited to 5 per household per day. Entering multiple times with the same receipt, without having purchased sufficient punnets of strawberries will deem all entries from that person invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries that are not associated with the separate purchase of a Promotion Product. This includes multiple entries, with transaction numbers that are not Woolworths receipts. In the event that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by an entrant in the entry process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by the entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that entrant from participation in any or all future promotions of the Promoter.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will have a chance to instantly win a $50 WISH Gift Card and the major prizes and will also be entered in any unclaimed prize draw (if required).
The following prizes are to be awarded:
a. Major prize: There are a total of 3 KitchenAid Artisian® Stand Mixers (Model KSM150) in Empire Red valued at $749.00 RRP each to be won. The major prizes will be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period.
b. Daily prizes: there are a total of 64 $50 WISH Gift Cards to be distributed throughout the “Promotional Period”. The WISH Gift Card will be valid for 12 months from date of issue shown on the card and must be redeemed in full by that date. Any balance remaining after the card expires cannot be redeemed for cash and will be forfeited. The gift card is subject to issuer’s terms and conditions which can be read at everydaygiftcards.com.au.
All prize draws will occur at Integraphics, Suite 2, 2 Northcote St, St Leonards, NSW 2065 as follows:
a. Daily prizes: there will be a total of 64 daily prizes to be given away. The daily prize draws will be conducted at 11am every day (excluding weekends, where Saturday and Sunday’s draw will be on a Monday at 11am) starting on 24/07/2012 to 25/09/2012 – subject to verification; and
b. Major prize draw will occur at 11am on Wednesday 26th September 2012. The first three valid entries drawn from all entries received will win a major prize.
All minor prize winners will be contacted via the email address submitted with their entry. The major prize winners will be notified by phone and in writing via the email address submitted with their entry. The major prize winners name and postcode will be published in The Australian on Friday 28th September 2012.
Total prize pool is valued at $5,447.00 RRP.

The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 11am at the same time and place as the previous prizes draw on Friday 11th January 2013 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize of the highest value and the draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Recipients of a prize will be contacted via email. If any unclaimed prize awarded in this draw is valued at over $250 then the winner’s name and postcode will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 16th January 2013.
Subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
