Erina Fair 2012 Father’s Day Spend and Win Promotion
1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and
retailers of Erina Fair and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences at 9.00am on 20 August 2012. Entries close at 4.00pm on 31 August 2012.
3. To enter you must spend $50 in participating communications, electrical and music, men’s fashion,
sportwear, homewares and gifts, jewellery, news, cards and books, shoe or travel retailers (see attached list)
and take your receipt to the Customer Service Desk located outside Myer, opposite Pumpkin Patch, and
complete the entry form to go in the draw.
4. Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service
bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) are not accepted as part of this Promotion.
5. The first correct and eligible entry drawn will win a $500 travel voucher from Harvey World Travel Erina and
a weekend loan of an Audi A5 3.0TDi Quattro Coupe, from Friday to Sunday (RRP $1000).
6. The $500 travel voucher from Harvey World Travel Erina is valid until 31 March 2013 and the Audi voucher is
valid until 2 March 2013. To redeem the vehicle for the weekend, the winner must have a full unrestricted
license and must agree to the Audi Central Coast Vehicle Hire Terms and Conditions.
7. The draw will take place in centre on Friday 31 August 2012 at 4.15pm at Erina Fair Centre Management.
Winners will be notified via phone and e‐mail.
8. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
9. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
10. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the
prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary at
4.15pm at Erina Fair Centre Management on 1 December 2012 in order to distribute the unclaimed prize by
that date.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered in to a database and the
entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
14. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.2
