Offeror is Kao Brands Australia Pty Ltd ABN 72111285146 of Level 1, 19 Prospect Street, Box Hill VIC 3128. The Sampling Giveaway commences at 2pm AEST on 4/9/12 and will close at 8am AEST on 6/9/12 or until stock of Samples is exhausted (Offer Period). Open to Australian residents aged 13 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter, and confirm they have said permission by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter will also contact the parent / legal guardian of under 18 entrants to obtain the parent/guardian's consent, warranty and indemnity to their child / ward's entry into the Promotion. Employees and the immediate families of the Offeror and its agencies are ineligible to request a Sample. To request a Sample, claimants must "like" the Bioré® Australia Facebook page and submit a completed claim form via the Free Sample tab on the Bioré® Australia Facebook page at
